Staying at the Dinler Hotel in Cappadocia, Turkey, was an absolute delight. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and recently renovated. They also offer delicious, authentic Turkish cuisine. Out of the five different hotels I stayed in throughout Turkey (excluding Istanbul), this one was definitely the best. The pool is massive, clean, and uses fresh water, so there's no chlorine smell. But the true highlight was their hospitality. My wife misplaced her glasses, and the staff went above and beyond to help us find them by reviewing CCTV footage from the lobby and hallways. If you're planning a trip to Cappadocia, I highly recommend the Dinler Hotel. It will definitely enhance the excitement of hot air ballooning over the area's unique rock formations.
訪訪客The whole experience was different from other hotels The fact that it's located bit distant from the crowded place yet you can see the whole town below made me feel special. The rooms were big yet felt so cozy and warm.
SSung-Ling WangThis is an ideal accommodation hotel in Cappadocia. It is quite close to the city center, yet it offers a peaceful retreat. Located next to Cappadocia University, the hotel’s doorstep leads to two excellent restaurants, making life incredibly convenient. The rooms in this hotel are elegantly comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The service is also very attentive, and the rooms are spotless. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, making it truly a great value for money.
訪訪客The hotel offers a magical otherworldly ”heaven-earth-hell” experience. It started with a hooded and cloaked reception staff welcoming us with free drinks and cake at this majestic high ceiling sitting room straight out of a medieval castle. We were given the grand tour of the hotel, going up the main dining room, through the bar and indoor lounge area, the open roof deck with the majestic view, through the bright and light color appointed ”heaven” rooms to the dark mysterious and cave-like ”earth-hell” rooms, and finally down Dante's ”hell” where the heated indoor pool and spa was located. Everywhere was picturesque. We couldn't help but take pictures all the time, even in the bathroom. Besides the place itself, service was excellent. Restaurant served a beautiful breakfast spread, literally filling up the entire table counter space with delicious jams, nuts, cheese, bread, deli meat. And we could even order additional hot egg dishes like menemen, omelettes and pancakes. Only downside to the hotel is that it is not handicapped-friendly. No elevators and bathrooms all have tubs with shower.
訪訪客1 - First of all, the ambience is amazing. The hotel has a good view from the terrace and you can take amazing photos. 2 - Not all rooms are the same. My friend got an authentic cave with a tub inside while we received a room that is ordinary looking ( although it has some cave like features) and no tub. 3 - We didnt see any other customers when we stayed here. There was just 2 of our family! which means probably we went during an off season or the hotel is not a preferred destination to stay. 4 - You need to walk atleast 1 km to the nearby restaurant 5 - Breakfast is just fine. The food is tasty but less variety. You get pancakes, omelets, toast, other small turkish items. 6 - The host is very helpful. He is also the owner of the hotel. There are other helpers but only see them in the morning to help us with breakfast. 7 - Dont expect any room service. Suggest go and get your water bottle before itself and any other snacks you want. 8 - Rooms are spacious. However, I found dust on my blanket when i reached there. Also there are no fans in the room as the temperature is pretty normal but to be honest, it can get little stuffy/hot inside. 9 - The biggest letdown i had with this hotel is that you cannot see any hot air balloons from the terrace. It depends on the season actually. This was not specified anywhere, so be sure to ask them before you book for this hotel.
During our holiday in Turkey, we stayed at Cave Hotel Urgup in (capodocia) for two days. What an amazing place it is, we stayed in a room from over 300 years ago that was used as a chapel. It was a place filled with positivity, calm and quiet. In 8 countries which we visited, this was our second favorite place. Thanks to Mr Omer Nair for hosting us (good to hear that his ancestors come from India (Kerala). The crew was very kind and always had a smile on their faces. Special thanks to Ms Pesan (must be the right spelling).. there was another charming man who welcomed us (forgot his name). We hope to return in the future.
