Good location. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not observe anything unique about this property. The blinds in my room will not come down and i cannot sleep with light in the room. I could hear all the conversation in the room next door to me. When , the occupant in the order room is opening his/her door, is like they are opening but my room, very scary

We setup a late check in and arrived at 1am after traveling from Chicago. When we arrived, we were told that they have had no water service since 3pm. They had our phone number and email, but no one contacted us to explain the situation, they had many hours to give us a heads up. We were told we could use the bathroom across the street at McDonalds if we still wanted to stay there, that was the best offer they had. We ended scrambling but found another hotel at 2am that had availability and water. I understand things go wrong, but this situation would have been totally different if they contacted us to explain.

The inside of the property was great: friendly staff, clean and luggage carts available. Unfortunately the property being under construction made it difficult to drive and there was a car missing all their tires, sitting on box crates (theft). That’s scary to think it could’ve been my car and no cameras around to hold anyone responsible. These are things out of the control of the property manager but it’s still something to be aware of.

Came in town for a graduation. The location is decent for a couple nights but the construction directly behind in front of the hotel created a mess-this has nothing to do w the property but had we known this was occurring-definitely would’ve stayed elsewhere. Staff is friendly, breakfast wasn’t the best but you can’t beat free lol

AC did not work in first room, so they moved me. AC in second room did not work so I moved to a third room that did have a functioning AC. Ice machine on my floor did not function. Road construction made entry into parking lot dangerous and difficult although that is not hotel’s fault. Good breakfast.

My family including a young child were placed right near the lobby next to the gym. I asked the manager to change our room, and he said he couldn’t because they were sold out. Even though we just watched him change rooms for another woman before us who simply said “she didn’t like the room.” At 7am we were woken up abruptly by people dropping weights repeatedly in the gym. I called the manager and told him and he says there was nothing he could do. So for the next 4 hours we just listened to the extremely loud banging of the weights, exhausted. A simple room changed the night before would’ve solved this issue. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel because my family couldn’t even get a full nights sleep.

Clean room; convenient location. Room was rather small. Okay for a night or two but crowded for two people for any longer. Loud talking in hall one night. Nice surprise of a view of a park and creek.
