All hotels have good and bads. Let’s start with the bad and end with the good.
We stayed here for a few days and booked for very specific reasons: they have a decent sized pool, good breakfast and decent amenities
Pool was not yet opened because it had yet to be inspected. So Tuesday night until Friday morning, our room was facing the pool the kids could not use.
This was the first hotel I have stayed at in 5 years were there was not a small shop/convince store, we were told to either use the vending machines or go to the nearest gas station.
The vending machines on sight were 95% empty, only one of them took cards and that one was 100% empty.
We just ended up leaving to go to a convince store for waters and snacks.
The breakfast got worse and worse as the week progressed example first breakfast had apples bananas and chocolate milk for the kids it also had turkey Patties they loved!
Day two there was no more chocolate milk still bananas and Pattie’s though.
The day after that the bananas were gone, there was two apples left looking sad and the Patties had been replaced with (****y that’s how dry they were) pork sausages. I feel like the hotel is just really poorly managed.
They do however have amazing accommodation staff Preston and Esmeralda were always polite relatable and helpful and really made the stay a whole lot better, if it weren’t for them I wouldn’t really have much positive things to say at all. We will probably stay elsewhere next time through.
