What a delightful, friendly, professional, welcoming staff. Because of severe weather and flight delays we were 9 hours late and checked in at 3:00 AM. We were warmly welcomed by Guest Services. The remainder of the stay was just as pleasant.

The condo unit we stayed in was huge and very comfortable. One of the toilets wasn’t totally clean when we got there but other than that very nice unit. There was some minor disrepair with one of the bathrooms exhaust fans hanging down. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful And the amenities were great including the heated pool. Definitely a diamond in the rough and unexpectedly nice for the area. One area of improvement could be more lighting outside at night.

Whst a lovely resort! The one bedroom condo was roomy and very clean and comfy. The desk took quick notice that the room we'd been assigned was not ready for us and very graciously upgraded us to a beautiful room with a lake view! Also provided a complimentary bottle of wine, chocolate truffles and a nice souvenir mug. VIP trea**ent all the way! We will definitely be returning.

The rooms were beautifully done and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace for relaxing. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay here. Wish they could have accommodated me with the 1 bedroom that was available instead of me in a 2 bedroom that I did t need. They said it was their policy and I had to go online to book the 1 bedroom. So pay for 2 rooms????? I don’t think so.

The rooms were large and well equipped. Actually a really nice hotel and great staff. Whole place was clean. Enjoyed my stay.

The room and the amenities were amazing and comfortable.

I love this place. This is my third or fourth year. I will come again next year. People are friendly and there are a lot of things to keep you busy. I’ve told a lot of people about the Avenue of the Giants…beautiful old redwoods.

The property was very nice and clean There were a few things i didn't like such as low amenities (paper towels, tissue) and the sounds of kids running over our room waking us up in the early morning.
