紐瓦克蔡斯套房飯店(Chase Suite Hotel Newark Fremont)

The room was dirty especially the floors- sticky and the shower and toilet had a ring of black! The doors under both sinks were loose and my toddler kept teying to pull them open. When we asked the front desk said they were in the process of changing the room for handicapped access. The room had no dish soap or paper towels we had to ask for all that. There were also no towels, we had to use pool towels and the towels were like sand paper! Terrible!

The breakfast was awful. Oatmeal was the only thing hot that was edible. It was not family friendly in my opinion. They had minimal cereal choices, no waffles, sofabed in 2br suite was not sleepable, the amenities in the kitchen in our suite did not include enough for a family of 4 use, I observed.multiple people doing ***** onsite. Our suite smelled like Raid.

Me and wife always in joy are stay at Chase restaurants store mall movies everything is close by even walking if you like to walk you don’t have to drive are stay this time was good except no hot water and bad water pressure we don’t know why or if they even know we stay in that room before and it was not like that it’s nice place to stay staff if friendly one thing it’s good area but need to still be careful strays walking around there at night I haven’t seen any problems but you need to keep eye open ears and it’s right off the freeway great for business trip stay overnight

Our family suite was ideal for 2 adults and 2 teens with parking near the unit. Walls to adjacent units were thin so we could hear others’ TVs and conversations from both suite rooms. Complimentary week day breakfast ended a bit early at 8:30am.

We live local and wanted to celebrate a couple birthdays with a pool party. The sun was the only thing that didn't cooperate! The pool area was clean with many seats and a BBQ. The hot tub was a little small, but it was sufficient. The room was large, and for the price, it was a steal!!! Breakfast was good as well. The best part of the stay was the staff!!! The people behind the desk were courteous, fast and friendly, as one would expect, but the awesomeness didn't end there. The staff troughout the property were full of smiles too. We will return and we will suggest this hotel to others.

The area was very nice and quiet and the staff were great too, but the rooms are very run down. Felt very dirty, washrooms were gross, and were not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathrooms, stains on the furniture, and our room was connected to another occupied room by a locked door. Very unhygienic and lack of privacy. Even the door knobs were all rusted. The place also smelled bad. The kitchen was alright but definitely will not be coming back.

The flat was wonderful very spacious, kitchen materials were very clean and very nice. The area was very calm. The breakfast was delicious and clean. We loved this flat. Thank you so much
