Siamo stati nella struttura ad agosto, è un posto incantevole, curato col cuore e si vede, ti senti accolto nella grande quiete che si respira. Il borgo è un posto in cui rigenerarsi, le casette solo un rifugio da tutti i problemi esterni. Ti danno davvero la possibilità di ammirare l'incanto che hai attorno. Un posto eccezzionale con persone pure di cuore. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Tutti dovrebbero provare l'esperienza di un luogo cosi

My husband and I celebrated our wedding as well as hosted a welcome party at BBC. Both were perfect! The entire weekend was a dream. Such a beautiful place for a wedding and celebration. Sonia and the staff treated us like family! The food was incredible. I cannot rave about this place enough! We will be back!

Our group of 22 friends and family members spent a glorious week here to attend a local wedding. The property is spectacular and staff are wonderful. Any tiny glitches were instantly remedied. The views are spectacular, and the combination of separate and communal spaces ideal for a large group. There are many interesting places to visit locally. Sonya manages the property very well indeed.

We are a family of 24 people from 3 countries with ages ranging from 3 months old to 60, who had had a couple terrible tragic years. We needed a space to come together to mourn and honor those lost but also to be a family again, to laugh and eat and find joy in new generations. We needed to relax and hold each other tight. We needed to share memories and tell stories. We needed to be together but also have plenty of space to be by ourselves. We needed to eat and drink wine and gaze at the Umbrian sky and vineyards. We needed to swim in the Italian sun, play tennis and ping pong, to watch the sun set and lightning storms rumble through the valley. We needed to sleep cozy at night while the teens and young adults laughed and star gazed and bonded as cousins (just like we did growing up). We needed a place like Borgo di Bastia Creti and we needed Sonia, the manager who greeted us with warmth, shed a tear when she heard our families story, who planned beautiful days for us and when we changed our minds and then changed them again always just smiled and said “no problem”. Borgo di Bastia Creti doesn’t feel like a hotel. It feels like home.

This was our second time staying at Borgo Bastia Creti. This time was special because we had our wedding there with a small and intimate group of family and friends who were all able to stay comfortably at the villa. We truly enjoy staying here and appreciate the help and care from Sonia, Yuri and the rest of the staff. We had arranged a few days of breakfast and one dinner which all of our guests loved. The grounds are maintained beautifully. The scenery and views are unmatched. We love the tranquility and privacy of this villa. Where the villa is located is in perfect distance to the more “touristy” towns. There are so many great restaurants nearby which Sonia was always able to help get us reservations for. I think what really sets this villa apart from others is the care of kindness of the team, but also because you feel like it is your home away from home. It os private and away from any crowds but close enough to all that the surrounding area has to offer. We cannot wait to come back here again (hoping for next year)! You will not be disappointed staying here! It is a wonderful place to stay!

My son got married at Borgo Bastia Creti and I cannot imagine a more perfect setting. Not only was it beautiful, the service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. Sonia and her staff were very helpful to ensure everything was perfect! Each villa was beautifully decorated. Reserving the entire property was perfect for our wedding but we would love to return and rent a villa or two. We can’t thank you enough!

My husband and I spent a glorious month at La Limonaia (March-April 2023). In a time when customer service around the world is sadly lacking, the Borgo restored our faith in hospitality excellence. Sonia went above and beyond to make our stay special in every way possible, arranging on-site massages and yoga, restaurant reservations, and spending hours helping us make arrangements for day trips and transportation. She was literally on-call, answering questions after hours and responding almost instantaneously to requests. In fact, all the Borgo staff, were courteous, helpful, efficient, and responsive. The Borgo's setting and surroundings are beyond compare: beautiful, peaceful, rejuvenating. We left a piece of our hearts in Umbria, the heart of Italy, and hope to return again and again.

My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom villa our last 4 nights in Umbria. What makes Borgo Bastia Creti special is the remoteness of the villa and the beauty of the actual property. You feel you are staying in your own private villa. After making a day trip to an Umbrian or Tuscan towns nearby, it was nice to escape and relax in the solitude of the villa. At night we could enjoy a glass of wine while the sun was setting over the Umbrian hills. There is not a restaurant on property but just down the hill is Agriturismo Ristorante Calagrana- one of the best restaurants in Umbria. The villa's kitchen is perfect for cooking as well as you can request breakfast each morning for an additional cost. The hotel manager Sonia every day helped us pick what town to visit as well as booking us in a restaurant for lunch.

We had a great trip here with 4 other families. Because there are 5 villas on site we had the entire space to ourselves. We used the pool and tennis court pretty much every day when the weather was good. The staff did a good job trying to accommodate our dietary needs, helping us with personal errands and requests, or even if anything needed a quick fix. We appreciate all the care the staff took in preparing meals, saying hi to the kids, or even giving the kids golf cart rides around the property. Sonia was great at checking in and making sure all our needs were being met on our stay. You will not be disappointed having a family reunion or friends get together here. The place is magical, the scenery is amazing, and you will be treated to beautiful sunsets, great Italian hospitality, and a great place to spend a week in umbria.
