酒店周邊環境非常不錯，四面環山，早上爬到山頂看日出🌅真的很棒，酒店早餐豐富，泳池非常乾淨，水質清澈，還有按摩系統，適合一家出遊。值得推薦❤ （ɔˆз（ˆ⌣ˆc）下次還會帶家人或者朋友過來

Excellent welcome team, friendly reception, respectful buggy drivers & helpful operators. This place was closely to natural with great management & well maintained. A bit over price for food I can say environment was so great I will come back again in next occasion. Appreciate a good bye gift from resort thank you 🙏

這是適合家庭入住的飯店，非常靠近主題樂園，有充足的停車位。房間非常寬敞，乾淨，設施較舊！ 早餐都很好。工作人員細心又友好。房間配有免費夜間主題樂園門票，內有小動物區，但由於下著雨太多人，而每個浸浴池都不大，我們只逗留不到一小時便離開！可能日間天氣好好及閒日會較好。

位置就在迷失樂園旁邊，進出園非常方便。有whatsapp直接加酒店電話聯繫會方便很多，全自助方式也還算方便。離樂園太近會有點吵，因為樂園的音樂聲挺大，最主要是旁邊的建築工地正在施工，早八點到晚十點都有施工聲，估計噪音問題會持續挺長一段時間。房間內挺好的，室內情況性價比很高。

First the positive, it was a bit a clean. Had enough towels. This is my first time with ryokan, but 3rd time to stay in sunway onsen suites. Other previous times the rooms were excellent. However this room, the moment we enter, had hair on the floor n beds. There was no water dispenser, no iron board and washing machine. Bathroom had cockroaches and the water flow was so slow. Ryokan management can look for some upgrade for the room. For Sunway onsen suites management, please clean your pools! Both the onsen n the salt water pool were dirty! We even found a pair of underpants. Reason given was rain bring dirt from mountains🤷♀️. Overall great view of the themepark n mountains.

room and location was good. tv app channels cannot be watched. prior to the arrival, information to get the entry cards was received via whatsapp in advance. Also informed that we will reach at night, approx 10pm. However, upon arrival, wrong mailbox lock passcode was provided, unable to get prompt response from customer service on whatsapp calls and messages. Had to find other accessible numbers to contact others from IWH for help. After the over 30 mins' ordeal of trying to get the access cards (car park and apartment), couldn't find the parking lot number assigned for the unit on the informed carpark level. found out the CS has informed the wrong parking lot level and it is actually 1 level lower. hope the support can be better to avoid similar situations like this again.
