大海珍珠海灘水療度假村(Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa Cox's Bazar)

So imagine this, you are having breakfast in a restaurant full of people & suddenly get called by the resort people ACCUSING YOU OF STEALING AN EFFING TOWEL ( WHICH YOU OBVIOUSLY DID NOT STEAL)!! This is what happened to me at Sea pearl. I knew it was not possible because why would I take a 200 tk towel after spending thousands at at a fancy resort? I went down to the reception to resolve it in the middle of my breakfast. As soon as I confronted them they admitted Later they admitted that they got room numbers mixed up. This wasted some time and I could have missed my flight. Unnecessary embarrassment and hassle because management is completely incompetent.

Had an amazing experience.. Everyone who works at this hotel are so well mannered and always willing to do their job perfectly... Couldn’t expect more than this...Especially the front office really deserves appreciation... Special thanks to The Guest Relation Manager Md. Topu, he is such a gentleman, his warm welcome and informative conversations made us really comfortable.. Also the GSA Arpa Chakma and Transport Manager Nasim was so helpful... Looking forward to come here again and again...

The resort's location in Inani is a breath of fresh air, away from the hustle and bustle of Cox's Bazar's more crowded areas. Nestled amidst lush greenery and overlooking the serene beach, the setting is nothing short of picturesque. The accommodation options are varied, but each room and suite boasts modern amenities, tasteful decor, and a touch of traditional charm. My room offered stunning views of the Coxs bazar.The staffs specially Topu mojumder at Sea Pearl resort deserves special mention for his exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met promptly and with a warm smile.

Wow, I can't help but share my amazing experience at Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa in Cox's Bazar! Let me tell you, this hotel has definitely set the bar high for all others. The staff service was simply outstanding, and I was especially impressed by the helpfulness of the Guests Relation employees. But the real highlight of our trip? My daughter's absolute favorite was the Aqua Park - she couldn't get enough of it! We're already looking forward to our next stay at this incredible resort.

Actually i'm a nature lover and i think this place is one of the best in our country to feel the soul of the sea.. All staffs are pretty cordial and well behaved. Swimming in it's pool is also eye soothing and nice experience.Best wishes SEA PEARL.

I always thought it would not be wise to stay in any hotel far from main city until I actually made a trip to celebrate my anniversary in Sea pearl . Thanks to Rubayet Sharna who convinced me to select Sea pearl. It was totally a different experience and I enjoyed every moments.

Location is outstanding having sea in front. Service is also good. Jacuzzi is so small and not provides warm water. And big thing, 500 ml small water bottle for each person in the room made me sick and shows down-standard for Sea Pearl. Else was good.

service quality is not fully satisfactory where the approach and behavior of the staff is unpleasant and non cooperative. Food quality need to be improved and interaction with the guests also need to be developed. Even I experienced from the staffs that I can do some tasks which is support to be done by staffs. Their way of approach is like that I can do things when I claimed from them. Previously cooked food delivered and quality was so frustrating.

If this is a 5 star resort, it is certainly misrated!!! The hotel's airport transfer was certainly not of 5-star standards with seats meant for one, seating two. It was really uncomfortable especially if the person you're sharing a seat with is large in size. In addition, the airport van a/c was not working so on a full bus for an hour long ride in hot weather is certainly not a nice introduction to the "resort"! By the time, we made it to the "resort", we were hot, hungry and irritable. On arrival, we disembarked from the van, no directions were given to where the check-in counter was located. We were actually dropped off at the check-out floor. After asking around, we were then led to the first floor to check in. There was some redemption as the Front of House staff saw us waiting and came up to check us in. The rooms were pretty decent and clean. Room service food was good, except for our last night and morning. We think we may have gotten food poisoning as two of us had diarrhoea and vomiting on the morning we were to check out. It was so bad that we had to pay for extended checkout til 2pm for one room so that they could rest. We informed the Front desk at around 7.30am that we wanted to have late checkout coz two of our friends were really sick but no medical help was offered till the end when we were arranging for a private airport transfer (no way our friends would be able to endure the hot and uncomfortable ride to the airport in the "resort" airport transfer van. Kudos to Md Nurul Haque one of the Sr. Guest Service Agent who helped us arrange for the private airport transfer which arrived in time to take us to the airport and who offered the assistance of their in-house nurse. But by then, a little too late....The buffet breakfast only redeeming factor was their selection of breads. The buffet spread consisted of mostly spicy food, certainly not international standards. On the last morning, we were not allowed to enter the breakfast cafe and instead was redirected to the banquet room as it seemed the cafe was full. There was a long line of people waiting to get into the banquet room so we called room service. Admittedly it was a long weekend, so the "resort" was full. But if you're a "resort" with over 300 rooms AND fully booked out because of the long weekend, you would think that more staff would be on board to manage the crowd and other stuff. "LUXURY DEFINED, UNWIND INDULGE - INTERNATIONAL STANDARD WITH LOCAL FLAVOURS" That is certainly NOT what the Sea pearl is !!
