EXCELLENT SERVICE

Very BAD beds, linen is dirty, toiletries are down market. Breakfast is worst than road side.very non courteous staff.

Rooms space is quiet good and big....it's comfortable too The rooms view is also good from where main road and garden is seen easily Rooms and hotel are near and clean They take care of the cleanliness Bathrooms are also very neat and clean Easy transport from any where because they have there own travel desk at reception which is very easy to connect Staff is also very cooperative and friendly...they are ready to assist you at any time Our check in and check out formalities are smoothly done easily Yes it is like a star property It's my comfortable stay

Lots of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel stay.... After a very long drive a glass of water offers which is really appreciatiable .... Parking is at the hotel backside which is very convinient...

This is my first visit at imperial and I really enjoy very much ...... Rooms are very neat and clean Rooms are at good location which is very close to the temple
