拉利特·拉克西米維拉斯宮飯店(The Lalit Laxmi Vilas Palace)

In un bel palazzo storico e panoramico abbiamo trovato questa sistemazione veramente gradevole. Il personale molto cordiale completa un soggiorno davvero Grardevole. Pulitissimo. Ottimo il ristorante dove Rina coccola i suoi clienti assieme a tutto lo staff.

En lo positivo destacar: La ubicación es increíble, en una colina sobre uno de los grandes lagos. Nuestra habitación daba al lago y tanto el atardecer como el a***ecer eran muy bonitos. El edificio es un palacio antiguo, y está rodeado de unos jardines enormes, es un lugar de mucha tranquilidad. Tiene una zona exterior para cenar que nos gustó mucho, muy bonita con vistas al lago. La habitación es muy grande y está muy limpia, con todo tipo de accesorios. Además te proporcionan todos los días una gran cantidad de botellas de agua gratis Aspectos a mejorar: No tiene piscina, no estaría mal que tuviera una El desayuno apenas tiene comida occidental, casi toda es comida hindú y además muy picante El restaurante tiene precios bastante caros para ser este país. Aunque quieran dar ese aspecto de palacio antiguo, podrían renovar algo el mobiliario de las habitaciones, es un poco anticuado

Excelente hotel con una vistas maravillosas al lago, sobretodo al atardecer. Desayunos muy buenos y bien atendidos, en especial por Reena, muy atenta a todo el grupo. Las habitaciones amplias y el trato del personal es excelente.

Had a wonderful stay in the lalit udaipur nice rooms tasty food and wonderful staff always ready to help specially like to mention about mis.sukanya she treated us very well everytime we asked for help and guidance she was always there whenever we needed anything. Worst maintenance, worst staff that has no discipline and decorum . They do not know how to talk to customers . I’m sure young , inexperienced staff / girls have been deployed who are arrogant and untrained to the core. You receive calls on check in time ( appreciated ) but when you say you are on business trip , wana check in early say by 10:30, move out by 11 for meetings !!! Their answer is rude and disrespectful. How can a 5 star hotel staff can behave this way. After roaming around the world in best of the best properties during this stay I felt , this is substandard property . I was I hurry so asked a girl in restaurant to pack my breakfast ,!! She made a face as it if I committed a murder !!!! What nonsense . I asked to pack puri bhaji, she said they don’t have containers for bhaji / sabji !!! So only puri and paratha she can pack , her each reaction was obliging me . This hotel should be boycotted by tourists. Flush wasn’t working at all and water kept dripping throughout. This is not even 2 star rather it doesn’t fall under any category I would say. When I informed front desk while checkout , her reaction was “ you should have informed us before , why didn’t you inform us “ what nonsense is this .

I always knew that Udaipur is a dream destination for a wedding. But I experienced it myself when I attended my friend’s wedding recently at The LaLiT Laxmi Vilas Palace Udaipur. The royal vibes and stunning setting there was really impressive. The staff at the hotel was very attentive and gave personalized services to us. And I loved all the traditional Rajasthani delicacies and the dishes from the international cuisines. I would say The LaLiT Laxmi Vilas Palace is just perfect for a fairytale wedding. It ticks all the boxes, the beautiful location, amazing service, and delicious food. For me, it is a clear winner when searching for the best wedding venues in the city.

Very well maintained heritage property with exceptional service. Stayed for two nights with family, beautiful Gazal perfor***ce during the dinner at their outdoor restaurant with delicious food. My parents enjoyed a lot the hospitality of The palace. Hotel staff is very courteous and always ready to welcome. Special thanks to staff Laxmi and ***ager Mahipal.

We love the place as it is one of the heritage hotel. Right from welcoming us to guiding us for the city, team Lalit is serving with smile. If we have to say about restaurant Padmini, it is simply awesome...... and we appreciate Ms Reena for personal attention.

Quite amazing service. Surender helped a lot during our complete stay. We did not face any issues at all. The breakfast menu was quite elaborate but I wished if they stuck to the Rajasthani menu in breakfast or have more trained chefs for preparation of other cuisines
