泰碧飯店(Hotel Tybee)

Room was booked through third party as two attempts to book with registration desk were unsuccessful (left voicemail on hotel phone, but my call was not returned). Upon arrival $70 destination amenity fee was charged (due to third party booking). $50 fee was charged for early checkin. $30 daily fee for second vehicle though parking lot was always less than half full. Housekeeping staff (Britannia) was wonderful. Room was quiet and spacious. Nice location. Short walk to the beach.

The room was beautiful, the location was great, and the staff were so helpful and friendly

Es mi tercera vez, me encanta las habitaciones con espacio suficiente, todo excelente, ropa de cama, toallas limpias, limpieza diaria en la habitación. Excelente me encanta

It was a room with a bed. No frills experience. Decent view of the ocean but did know there was a parking lot between hotel and water. Super thin walls- could hear the neighbor's alarm clock at 5:45AM and their entire conversation! We couldnt enjoy the weather or the sounds of surf because every time we opened the patio door or tried to sit outside, all we could smell was someone's cigarette smoke from a neighboring room. Certainly wont be back.

Housekeeping could pay more attention to detail. There were random hairs in the bathroom that didn't belong to us. The balcony had old empty beer cans on it.

We asked for early check in if possible. She told me it would cost Xtra 50 bucks because they would have to pull maids off another room to get ours ready. I thought that's fair. We get to our room and hit was already clean. Then why charge us,? I had a five year old with a broken leg. I don't mind pay Xtra if warranted. This was plain greediness. Never again. Very disappointed.

Stayed at Hotel Tybee for 4 nights while participating in the Run Fest in Feb 2024. PROS: The bed was extremely comfortable, and the front desk was helpful and courteous. CONS: Why do they charge $38 amenity fee? there were no amenities that I used during the visit; this is ridiculous. The nightly rate should cover anything they offer. There was no housekeeping for the entire 4 night stay. I don't know if they don't provide housekeeping during the winter but at a minimum I should have been told that I would not get housekeeping.

This was among the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was clean, but the hotel itself was shabby and not cared for. There was no lobby. There was no food, and the room was not cleaned on a regular basis. Overpriced, shabby and disappointing.
