Another notable attraction in the area is Lake Chatuge, which spans the border between North Carolina and Georgia and is a popular spot for fishing and boating. A little further you will find golf courses and marinas with boat rentals for enjoying Lake Chatuge. The space: House sits on a level 1-acre lot with Johnson Creek just steps away from the porch. Open floorplan featuring a modern, freshly updated, and well-stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. Main level includes a master suite with king bed and sizeable bathroom. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, a library nook, and one bathroom. One upstairs bedroom features a king bed and the other a fun bunk room (with trundle - 2 twin mattresses and 1 double) for the kids or additional guests. The front yard is a large and level grass yard that stays freshly mowed throughout the growing season.
