No place in the room to set our suitcases except for the desk and one chair. Ok for overnights but not for anything longer.

Neatness of property interior my dis like is sofa and chairs need steam cleaning very filthy in room couldn't even sit on comfortably.

This hotel is very new, clean, quiet and safe. It’s perfect for overnight travelers and business people. However, it is not child friendly.

This hotel is a gem. Everything is so very clean. Super comfortable bed. I travel A LOT! I'll definitely be staying here again while passing through the area. Very nice checkin person too

The hotel was very over priced. The noise level was obnoxious and not dealt with once reported.

Property was great, problem was with *******, overall...but because we prepaid for two nights, when we had to check out after the first morning, because of an unforeseen circumstance, we have had to pay for our second night, that we didn't stay for (notified hotel around the 8:00 am hour of first morning). We booked through *******. I absolutely understand cancellation policies are in place for a reason, but when we dress the needed early check out before check out time, there should be some reasonable refund with understanding.

We picked this room based on prior reviews. The rooms were indeed clean but there was no breakfast as advertised in the site. They only had coffee available at the lobby and they had your basic muffins, fruits, etc but had to ask the lady up front because they kept everything behind the front desk. So you had to go and ask to get something. If you are looking for a basic stay this may be for you. But personally I would look to stay in another hotel next time.

The room we were in smelled like a hospital nursing home. Not necessarily a terrible thing. Just didn't personally care for that. Staff was nice and helpful any time we needed them. Especially Paula the manager

They don’t allow pets over 25 lbs. please make that more noticeable on the site. Had it been a big game weekend I would have probably had to drive to Birmingham for a room.
