突尼斯拉克諾富特飯店(Novotel Tunis Lac)

It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.

Service irréprochable! Lit très confortable , idéal pour bien se reposer après un long voyage L’acces au spa et à la salle de sport ; un luxe sans pareil! un menu très diversifié succulent Ambiance paisible Parfait pour les voyages d’affaire, selon mon expérience! Je reviendrai certainement..

Nous passons souvent manger la bas Et nous somme a chaque fois surpris de la qualité et de la beauté des plats et aujourd'hui la nouvelle carte un pur delice les plats Merci chef a vous et votre équipe pour se moment de pur joie et le personnel et le service d un niveau digne des plus grand hôtel Mr MONCEF

Rooms clean. Good bathroom. Restaurant excellent. Mr. Anis managing the front desk was extremely good. My one complaint, this hotel is on a long straight boulevard and the motorcycle and car racing until the early hours was a nightmare. Really a shame because everything else was quite good.

Ce séjour a été rendu beaucoup plus agréable grâce aux équipes du Novotel. En particulier, Anis Tlibi qui a su faire la différence alors que j’étais coutumier d’un autre hôtel concurrent. Je recommande cet établissement Un grand merci et à la prochaine !

Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel de novotel lac 2 tunis ,j'ai passé un séjour très agréable, moi qui suit un peu trop exigeante,propreté calme et speedest du service de la restauration Le séjour était agréable, très à l'aise, rien à dire

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Modern hotel, well located for business and tourism. SPA is great with an excellent and very professional masseuse, Emna. Enjoy the sauna and gym on the 6th floor to complete your stress free stay.
