We feel so lucky we stayed at Panther instead of Tulum! The room is huge, brand new and modern. Huge bed, tub and bathroom too! Floor to ceiling window + smart curtain are just amazing. Location is 10 min to Akumal and 20 min to Tulum. The villa is surrounded by the beautiful vegetation and strict security of Bahia Principe. The staff are super helpful. Cuz we didnt have a car so they called taxis for us everyday, took us to 7-11 to get cash, and drove us to Aktun Chen and KAY beach club by the buggie. You get to this beautiful KAY beach club just 5 minutes on the buggie while my friends who stay in a villa in downtown Tulum only have walled garden and have to pay 40 dollars for a taxi + ridiculous beach club price on Tulum beach strip...We went to Tulum on a daytrip and went to Akumal 3 times during our 4-night trip. Akumal is WAY MORE AUTHENTIC and cute than Tulum in my opinion. Too many horrible things about Tulum just google "Tulum overtourism" and you will find out all the unethical and greedy practices about it... Would only go for a daytrip

La atencuón que nos dieron Alejandra, Elizabeth, Cesar y en general todos los camareros y meseros de las Villas Panther fue excelente, con mucha disposición y amabilidad. El buffete de las mañanas y las comidas en la Villa Panthers fueron no solo de primera, sino que se esmeraron en su presentación. Gracias nuevamente por su interés en que nis sintieramos como en casa.👍🥂

We are a group of 20 friends/golfers who had a blast at Panther Bay which together with Xaha Villas Suites Tulum Mexico hosted us for a 3 day golf tournament. They organized tee times, welcome dinner and awards ceremony in a BBQ setting with steak & lobster. Service was impecable and available 24 hours, the cuisine is just delicious and the common areas (Pool, BBQ pit, Lounge and Jacuzzi) are there to just enjoy! The rooms are all suites with ample space to rest. If luxury wasn´t enough for these villas it is surpassed by the detailed attention of managers an staff. Will come back in a beat!

La habitación es muy linda y limpia. La comida muy rica y tienen variedad de platillos. El ambiente en genera es tranquilo, excelente para descasar el fin de semana. La atención de todo el personal fue siempre muy atenta, estaban pendientes qué estuviéramos cómodos y atendían a tiempo las solicitudes.

La villa es muy nueva y con acabados modernos con muy buen diseño, todo funciona perfectamente. El servicio es extraordinariamente bueno, todos muy amables y eficientes. El lugar está rodeado de selva, se siente el contacto con la naturaleza en un ambiente muy relajado y agradable.

Pasamos 4 días increíbles descansando y conviviendo, combinándolo con un torneo de golf entre amigos. Las instalaciones de la villa son de lujo. Los cuartos muy cómodos, muy bonitos, de buen tamaño y con todo lo que uno necesita. Las áreas comunes muy modernas, de excelente gusto y suficiente espacio. Con la atención que nos brindó el personal nos sentimos muy a gusto, en una verdadera vacación. La comida fue de una muy buena presentación, cantidad y deliciosa. Sin duda regresaré a este fabuloso lugar.
