Grandioses Hotel mit tollem Personal. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Xela Tulum und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das gesamte Design des Hotels und der Zimmer ist enorm schön und von der Dachterrasse kann man sich einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang ansehen. Der zugehörige Strandabschnitt ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Alle Bars und Restaurants in Tulum Beach sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Zudem stehen auch kostenfreie Leihfahrräder zur Verfügung. Emily und das gesamte Team haben einen großartigen Job gemacht.

Todos los detalles del hotel están cuidados. El hotel es nuevo y está con muy buen gusto y arquitectura. la comida, bebidas y servicio excelentes. Una playa amplia y linda. El ambiente en el hotel es de privacidad, tranquilo y como plus, queda walking distance de restaurantes.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Xela en Tulum fue una experiencia única de muchas sorpresas. Tuvimos la suerte de poder experimentar diferentes habitaciones en nuestra estancia empezando en la habitación Master, un inicio genial que nos dejó con ganas de más. Luego, la Master Suite nos sorprendió aún más: lujo y vistas espectaculares, ¿qué más se puede pedir? Y aunque parezca increíble, la habitación sencilla no se quedó atrás, con su alberca privada y un ambiente súper acogedor. La comida del hotel es otro nivel, sabores que te llevan de viaje por Tulum. Y ni hablar del servicio, siempre atentos y amigables. La arquitectura del lugar y su alberca son un espectáculo, y la playa tranquila en la que está ubicado el hotel es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar. En resumen, Xela es más que un hotel. Es una experiencia completa de confort, vistas increíbles y un trato de primera. ¡Totalmente recomendado para quien busque lo mejor en Tulum!

Si vous êtes à la recherche d’un moment hors du temps, calme, exclusif et luxueux, passez les portes du Xela les yeux fermés. Idéalement situé en front de mer de Tulum, vous vous sentirez tout de suite dans un cocon aussi douillet qu’à la maison, l’esprit de l’hôtel étant pensé comme tel : living room face à la terrasse avec piscine donnant sur la mer, grande table à manger chaleureuse, une décoration du plus bon goût. Les chambres avec vue sur mer sont spacieuses, la literie très confortable et le balcon très agréable. Petit plus avec l’entrée privée comprenant une baignoire extérieure. Le staff est exceptionnel, toujours au petit soin tout au long de la journée pour s’assurer que vous passiez un excellent séjour. N’hésitez pas à leur demander conseil sur les activités à faire autour. Le petit déjeuner inclus est délicieux (une mention particulière pour les French toast). La nourriture à la carte pour le déjeuner et/ou le dîner est également très bonne et les cocktails très bien préparés. Je recommande grandement le Xela, j’y ai passé un excellent séjour et ne manquerai pas d’y retourner lors d’un futur passage à Tulum !

Xela was a beautiful, peaceful, and an intimate stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our needs while we were there which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

The architecture of this place is gorgeous , I had a great time in the hotel, the service and food is so good and the room was beautiful and very comfortable

AMAZING. Complete luxury service. The rooms are spacious! It's a small hotel kind of built like a house, so there's cozy common spaces and a rooftop which are not crowded - very easy to relax. The service is impeccable - you get in touch with the staff via Whatsapp message. We just sent a text for fries and aperol spritzes when we were by the beach in a cabana, and they arrived shortly. All the staff are so friendly and warm! The beach is clean. The breakfast included is delicious. Don't hesisate - book this!

This was beyond perfect. Best place hands down in Tulum. Tomas and Iban went above and beyond. Coming back again for sure! Cocktails were the best in town and the place is absolutely stunning. Could not rate this place high enough. The best place to stay
