品質套房飯店(Quality Suites Stratford)

Lite slitet i inredning och även sänglinne och handdukar. Frukost ok även om det varma får stå för länge. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära motorvägen för en övernattning på väg.

I wanted to give this place a one at first. But they made every effort to accommodate. Haven't received final bill yet so hoping that's there's no extra fees. Free breakfast only 6 to 9 wasn't able to make that. Bathrooms very small door hard to close need to squeeze between sink and toilet to close door. Towel hanger just hangs broken. But these are minor things. Just hoping when I get my bill its what I was quoted or big problem. Non American owed and operated. Associate at desk very nice. Elevator not working was a problem, we got stuck and that was scary. Luckily we where able to get walker and person to third floor without a problem. Just he was stuck in room for duration of stay.

Our check in was awful. We had two separate rooms. The woman put everything on one credit card and said that is how her manager does it. Just in case of a cancellation. We were there so not sure why we couldn't pay separately. The room was nice and spacious but the air conditioner wasn't working. We had it set on 60 but yet we were sweating all night. I will never be returning to a quality inn just based on their check in.

Overall this place was okay. The room appeared mostly clean until we open the pull out sofa bed and there were several clumps of hair on it. I called the desk person and she came down and looked at it and tried to throw the hair on the floor. I said I don’t want it allover the floor where we will walk in it. She then came back in with someone else and she started just pulling the hair off too and was just gonna leave the nasty cover on there, I asked them to take it bc I didn’t want any of my kids sleeping on it. They did fix it but seemed a bit bothered by it. The other two beds in the room were extremely uncomfortable. There was a stench of **** coming into our room throughout the night. I know the hotel staff can’t really control that but I hate the smell and don’t want any of my family breathing it in. The included breakfast was decent. They had several options. Overall, it’s a decently priced place that could be better with some better focused cleaning of the entire room.

Room was large with a sofa and sitting area. Room amenities were good, but the swimming pool was closed and this was not noted when we booked.. Breakfast was plentiful with several choices. The hotel backs up to the highway and we did hear noise from speeding vehicles.

Convenient location right off of I95. Room was clean and very roomy, with an extra area with a pull-out sofa. I would stay here again.

AWESOME HOTEL!!! NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE HOTEL. BUT THE PLACE THAT THEY PUSH TO BUY FOOD AT (NOT IN THE HOTEL) WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

This Quality Inn was in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and right off the highway very convenient
