I had the best accommodation the staff were very professional and friendly. The food was very good. The beds were excellent I had a good night sleep every night and the rates through ******* was exactly what I needed. My vacation what the best, it was what I needed before going back to work.

The bathroom sink was leaking water morning of check out , my significant other and I weren’t aware the night before as we got there late and had plans in the area so weren’t at the hotel much during the night so the next morning while walking in the bathroom my significant other slipped and fell. He called the front desk too tell them about the situation and was told someone would be up , someone did come up but was talking about plunging the bathroom nothing about the situation. Was told manager would call and left number but heard from no one , the hotel treated this like it was no big deal. Hope they fixed the issue that didn’t seem big too them so the next people staying in the room didn’t have to deal with a similar situation as we did.

Room smelled musty. It was beyond overpriced. The rug was all stained and tacky! I asked if there was a restaurant on site and was told yes. There definitely wasn’t an on premises restaurant. I wanted to use my AAA discount, my husband checked us out not knowing I never gave it to them. I addressed with front desk and was told there is nothing they can do about it!

I stayed for one night which was a great stay the staff was informative and kind...even thought the hotel was under renovation it was still pretty clean.

We made it clear on booking, at the checking, and in the first morning at the desk, that we wanted and needed housekeeping service, which service was affirmatively acknowledged and agreed to by hotel personnel with upbeat smiles and assurances. That was not the case when we returned after tiring family event late in the day and nothing was done to fix up the room, do the beds, etc. We will never go back to this hotel or advise anyone to do so if asked.

The hotel lounge was very dirty. It was 6 PM and there were still breakfast items on the floor from the following morning. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. This is usually my go to hotel and I miss the free copy that was out during the day and I think the staff in the pool area need to monitor the waterslide with amount of kids going on it. Continental breakfast was good and the room itself was also well-kept.
