特蘭伯爾謝爾頓萬豪飯店(Trumbull Marriott Shelton)

모든면 에서 만족함. 서비스는 연박이라 그런지 룸 청소를 안함 편의시설은 비교적양호함 아침식사는 어메리칸 스타일로 최상은 안이지만 같은등급에 비해서는 좋았음.

There are 3 elevators in the hotel. Two were out of service at the time of check-in and by the next morning the third one was down too. So all guests had to take the stairs. If felt bad for the employees running up and down the stairs to get people's bags to bring them down. They did comp breakfast for everyone that day, so that was nice. It could use some updated fixtures also. But the bed was comfortable.

We checked in during some family reunion. I specifically asked for a floor that was quiet. I get people excited to see each other after a long time...But after a certain hour, take it to your rooms or downstairs in the lounge/bar areas. These folks just hung out in the hallways, talking so loud and loud laughing...No consideration for others staying in the hotel. When we got back fromTrumble Day (our reason for the visit) two people were sitting on a bench in the very front of the hotel smoking ****. Again, don't care what others do, but have some respect for those who don't smoke and have children. My daughter who is 7 had to walk by them to get into the hotel. since they were sitting in the front of the hotel right by the entrance. The front desk woman offered me some points for the trouble but I don't think I really got anything. So it was just a less than average stay...Nothing exciting. The breakfast experience was just as bad. Since the Reunion folks took over the food, the staff were extremely overwhelmed. The food was under cooked so I just stuck with some fruit. Not worth the price I prepaid. If I have to stay here again, I'll be sure not to bother with the breakfast offerings and just go somewhere else in the area.

Though ******* attempted to make right an unforeseen explosion and destruction of a bridge in our Nation (Pennsylvania) that caused a major delay to traffic; I/We were informed that because of our not being able to Check in on the initial day of our reservation, The Marriott decided to charge me although ******* understood that, and were willing to work with Marriott with this aberrant incident by crediting the next day due to said disaster of no fault of our own. DISAPPOINTED

We stayed there a week and the room was only cleaned once.Everyday we had to call the desk for towels and to remove trash.One day we came back to the room and the door was left open after they dropped off clean towels.Also filling was coming out of the mattress .
