特拉基塔霍貝斯特韋斯特優質飯店(Best Western Plus Truckee-Tahoe Hotel)

Called the day before and asked if it would be possible to check in early since we were going to an event, needed to change cloths and drive another hour to our event. They said no problem. When we got there at 1:00 pm we checked in, changed clothes and went to our event. It ended early so we went back to the hotel and gathered our things and drove home. Didn’t even spend the night.( hotel is in dire need of some renovations but it was clean.) We turned in our key cards at the desk and informed them we were leaving. No problems. My surprise when I checked my credit card statement and found a charge from the hotel for $28.36? I called the front desk to question the charge and was told it was a $25 early check in fee plus tax. Not once when I called the previous day or at check in were we told there was an additional fee to check in two hours early. I was told as long as the room was available, no problem.When I called, the response was, that’s our policy. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

I was surprised by this property! I thought I was staying at a cheap overnight but would have loved it for a week long vacation. It was clean, quiet with a lot of top quality surprises! Some of the perks included a large hot tub and nice pool area, pet friendly, great breakfast and plenty of parking near your room. Would stay again.

Nice quaint rustic Hotel not far from older, now tourist, town. Very good breakfast well served. Great wooded location near airport. Nice rooms with bathtubs to soak in.

Property is a little dated. Overly priced for the type of property but then again it is the Truckee Tahoe area.

We were on the first floor. The people above had heavy feet so could hear every time they moved.

Passable place to sleep. Sp****ly furnished. Who picked those goofy lamps - took a while to figure out how to turn them on. Needs more USB ports. Friendly staff. How about a glass for the bathroom instead of a mug from some diner. Great price. Not enough blankets on the beds.

Our room was quiet, very clean, with comfortable bed, great water pressure, nice size refrigerator and freezer. The complimentary breakfast included continental items, as well as scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, chorizo burritos, make-your-own waffles, and more. Friendly staff. Conveniently located a few minutes from Northstar. We'll definitely stay again.

There is no table to sit at break fast Kaos not properly se up…. Pay to much money not to enjoy the break fast.

Hairball from prior occupant in middle of shower. That doesn’t sound like a clean room, does it?
