底特律特洛伊希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Troy)

Excellent staff was great hotel was great loved the restaurant in the hotel so we didn’t have to leave for dinner. Only critique PLEASE GET BETTER PILLOWS but seriously would recommend to anyone & absolutely book again.

Let's start with the dirty spoon randomly sitting on the table in the elevator lobby on our floor. Then the ice machine didn't work so I had to find one that did. Would've been nice to be informed of that prior. The floor I found a working machine had 4 dirty glasses sitting on the table in lobby. Coming back 5 hours later from the RHCP show, the dirty spoon was still there, but the glasses on the other floor were gone. The next morning housekeeping just tried walking in 2 hours before check out time, no knock or anything. I'll probably try my luck somewhere else next time.

Great check-in experience except they didn’t tell me about the extra $20 fee per night that would be refunded so I thought I was being overcharged. Room was excellent. No towels at the pool. Called for more room towels on 2nd day at 4pm. Told they would be right up… never arrived before checkout the next morning so only used towels to shower before leaving. Not a great way to exit.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have never experienced such friendliness from the very beginning to the very end at a hotel! Not to mention, my doggie son was able to stay with me and the pet fee was more than reasonable. Overall, i was very pleased 😊

Reception was good. Room was fine, good bed and bath. Needs a night light and free beakfast. Wifi was touchy.

The guy at the front desk Benjamin was difficult to work with and cursed and yelled at me

I generally do not like to post reviews unless they are nice but this does need to be addressed. The hot tub jets DO NOT WORK, the pool area has not ventilation, that means the paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls. The staff was nice and when asked to replace non existing pool towels they put 5 towels out on the rack for a family of four. The Bartender though treated us very well and was attentive to our needs. Overall if you are staying for the family to use the pool as we were please place a reservation elsewhere.

The night shades were broken and i asked to get fixed because its like daylight in there at nighttime, nothing was done and did not move me to new room.
