Fantastisches, neues (fertiggestellt 2023) Hotel oberhalb von Trongsa mit einer modernen Interpretation des traditionellen Baustils. Sehr gutes, westlich orientiertes Essen und tolle, sehr ruhige Aussichtslage mit super Betten.

We celebrated here our anniversary and it was memorable. Great location with amazing views. Excellent service and brand new luxurious rooms. Make sure to check the sunset from the infinity pool. The short road from Trongsa to the resort is a bit rough, but amplified the sense of discovery once we got there.

We were in Trongsa for a day to visit the Trongsa Dzong and Watch Tower and stayed for one night at Willing Resort. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the resort. Perched on the top of a mountain face, the resort gives guests a commanding view of the valley, including the Dzong, Watch Tower and town below. We were upgraded to the Luxury Suite upon arrival. The room was very spacious and well equipped. There is a wood fired cast iron stove (aside from an electric heater) in the living room, which is a nice touch to stay warm. And as it was just opened a year ago, everything is new and well maintained. The service was good and staff were warm and attentive. In particular, we would like to mention Tenzin, the manager, who welcomed us at our arrival and checked-in with us periodically to ensure we were well taken care of. And Sonam, who attended to us at the resort restaurant, who was always so warm and gracious, Thank you! The best hotel in Trongsa.

This hotel is possibly the nicest you can stay at in Trongsa. It was an incredible view overlooking the Dzong and entire valley. The resort is very new so everything felt very clean and comfortable. They even had some great amenities like a sauna and steam room which we definitely took advantage of! The service was good and the rooms were amazing. We stayed in the nicest suites which had an awesome view and were very luxurious. The service was top notch too!

I am writing this during my stay as I am sitting in my sunny window seat . We travelled from Thimphu to throngsa which took around 6 hours of drive but the drive is scenic. We passed two passes dochula and palela . The final climb to the property was a bit steep but once you enter you are in bliss. It’s a fantastically made facility and they could every detail of extending luxury to the travellers. The views are just breathtaking and we have taking care of by the humble and caring staff of the resort. I wud be writing further but for now whoever wants to explore Bhutan further than the routine places around Thimphu this is the real place . Therefore highly recommended for sure .
