Nice friendly hotel and staff! Hotel was clean but could use a little updating in the rooms. Perfect price, location and friendly staff for our one night stay.

The hotel is listed as having a hot tub which was a big reason for booking so that we could sit in the hot tub after a long day while the kids swam but i was told they got rid of the hot tubs. I was told we can use the hot tub at the Inn but when you have two small kids walking acrossed a busier street in 50 degree temps in bathing suits to use a hot tub isn't an option. The hotel is still advertised as having a hot tub. Even people being checked in are not aware that the hot tub is at a different place they are just told it is open 24/7 which is extremely misleading. The pool is not heated at least it wasn't when we were there so the kids would barely use it. We tried to ask the front desk a few questions but they told us we would have to refer back to the third party that we booked with. Breakfast was really good and whoever is in charge of that does a great job. The bathroom in the room was updated but the rest of the room wasn't. They said it was great for a family of 5 which we thought we were getting a sofa with it but ended up just being 2 queens which was fine since we had a teenager and 2 smaller kids thankfully all small enough to share one bed. When house cleaning came one day they would only give us 2 towels the next 4 but never 5. We had a river view so nice views and had a balcony we could sit on. Overall it was a decent hotel but for the price we wouldn't book here again.

Property was ok. Needs updated. Carpet in hallway was dirty and worn. Bathroom was very old and not so clean. Breakfast was a joke. Didn’t eat the second and third morning. The pool and small water park were nice. Not much within walking distance.

Had a very relaxing stay after visiting Dollywood. Beds very comfy every thing was clean and building looked brand new. Pools and hot tub were fabulous as was the free breakfast… Hope to stay there again soon

The Inn was very comfortable, clean, and offered a nice breakfast with plenty of room. My only advice is if you use a CPAP machine, bring an extension cord with you as there are no convenient electrical outlets.

When I arrived the toilet was plugged. The refrigerator did not work but was able to place some ice in the bucket inside to keep a couple items cold. They had a beautiful lobby and the breakfast was the best out of all the hotels.

It was fine except I was disappointed with the fact that the gym was not opened. One of the things I look for in a hotel is a pool and the gym. Those are two very important things for me.. I checked into one hotel and they sent me across the street to the other hotel. If I wanted to use the pool, I had to go back across the street.. 😕 So for that reason, I would probably not stay there again

We stayed at the Inn and I was not happy with some areas of my stay. Our room had an area rug and part of the rug was curled up at the end of it. That's an accident waiting to happen. The room needs some updates in my opinion. This Hotel is not sound proff at all. The indoor pool did not look nothing like online pictures. We stayed 2 nights and on the second day our room was not cleaned as it should of been. I have was a housekeeper for years in the past and I know those stay overs are suppose to be cleaned not just the trash took out as that is the only thing that was done. Iwould not recommened this hotel at all.

Amazing stay. Staff was nice and friendly. Entire hotel was so clean. Coffee and breakfast was great.

We love this hotel! Have stayed here several times and it is always great! Clean, awesome views, and nice staff. Breakfast is good too!

I enjoyed how clean the hotel was and the rooms had very spacious bathrooms. I also loved the free breakfast because I feel like that hotels don’t do it as much as they used to. My only complaint is the indoor pool. I’m not sure if it was poor ventilation or chemical overload, but my kids would have red skin and cough while swimming. I sat in the pool area and did not swim, but my eyes would burn.
