漢密爾頓Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Hamilton)

We stayed here one night for a wedding. Check in did not go well. There was a line with only one person working while the manager was pretending to do something else. The first room we were given was not cleaned from the last guest - actually I don't even know if that guest was still using the room since I ran out as soon as I saw the bed undone. Went back down and got an apology and a new room. The new room appeared clean, but had a very stale smell which we assumed was the fridge or dishwasher. Putting the A/C on helped just slightly. The bed and bedding were comfortable, but the A/C blew on me all night and I woke up with horrible allergy symptoms, so I assume the filter was not clean. Towels were awful. They were tattered and tiny. I am a size 6 and it barely wrapped around me. Plus there was one bath towel when we checked in. Luckily, housekeeping was in the hall and we could get more and not worry when we got back late after the wedding. Breakfast was should not be called breakfast. Most food was pre-wrapped in warmers and most were empty. I had a dry scone for breakfast with OJ. Luckily, we could do online check out and get out of there asap. Employees were very nice - particularly shuttle driver.

I’ve come to like chain hotels like the Residence Inn. You know exactly what to expect and what not to expect, and the hotel delivers on those expectations every time. You know they’ll be clean and comfortable, and this Residence Inn is no different. My family and I stayed here for a night after our short vacation to six flags. We got a two bedroom suite, which had a full kitchen and a nice little L-shaped sofa that folded out into another bed. Great for families. The hotel had a decent gym, a nice indoor pool, and a homey little outdoor patio to sit around. Not exactly the Ritz, but it’s a quiet, clean, homey place. All in all, a nice place to stay.

I have been staying at this hotel on and off for two years, every time I am in town for business. I am a regular. STAFF is terrific. I've complained several times about how the hotel is becoming run-down. The gas grill doesn't work, the firepit flames are six feet tall with no adjus**ent. I've had several instances where I was missing a hair dryer, etc. My LAST STAY, (and I mean my LAST) - dirty soap in the bathroom, missing a picture from the wall, and missing a drawer from the kitchen. Despite repeated emails to corporate, I have not been contacted by the hotel. Will not stay, nor recommend EVER.

I stayed here to visit family and friends in NY and New Jersey, and to sightsee in Philly. The Hamilton location was ideal. I booked a one bedroom for 8 nights. I arrived early, at 10am. I asked if I could check-in early. I was told by JM that there was no 1-bedrooms available, but there was a 2 bedroom. I asked if there was any way I could get the 2 bedroom at the 1 bedroom rate, guessing not but thought it couldn’t hurt to ask. To my surprise JM said yes, he could do that. Wow! The 2-bedroom was nice, clean and oh so roomy! It was nice to have a kitchen to cook breakfast in before taking off for the day. At check-out time there was also no problem with staying late. I stayed until 2pm, with no extra charge. This place is great! Thank you, JM, you’re the best!!!

This hotel is fantastic. The hotel employees go above and beyond to make certain you’re comfortable and have a pleasant stay. My check-in was extremely fast and the front desk clerks and all of the employees were always very pleasant. Each morning saying good morning to everyone and saying hello when anyone walked in or around the hotel. The breakfast was great and the breakfast area was always clean. This is an extremely clean hotel. It is great to have the option to cook your dinner because the room came with the stove top and a full refrigerator. The hotel has an inside lounge and outdoor patio which are both very nice and comfortable. You can sit and enjoy your meal or just relax and watch television. I was allowed to check in at 9 AM. Most hotels do not allow check-in until 4 PM. This is a major perk that I really really love. The rooms are definitely soundproof because I didn’t hear any noise outside of my room, very thick walls. My opinion, congratulations on being the best hotel in Mercer County.

I really enjoyed my stay, room was clean, and staff was friendly. There is a decent tap room next door with a good menu.

Please don't keep knocking on the room door if we say we're going to leave at a certain time that's the time we will leave. Other than that the stay was wonderful

Last minute booking during a road trip, but it was a very nice hotel and room! Pool was warm and you can easily walk to a good dinner place!

all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with the heating system but maintenance quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. The breakfast bar was delicious!
