Would recommend. Clean and friendly staff would come back and stay over and over. The food is awesome the inlets are the best Being your family friends whoever and relax with a drink by the pools and the beds are so comfortable

We never checked in. ******* booked us at the wrong hotel and would not allow us to change hotels. Wasted time and money and I’ll never stay at that hotel, not ever use ******* to book anything. Horrible customer service. Some way to treat a Hilton Diamond member. Just awful.

Overall stay was great. I did a spur of the moment trip with my son and nephew from Georgia. They really enjoyed themselves, with the pool being the highlight of their trip. The pool was clean with plenty of towels. We did experience a little chaos with it being so kany kids in the pool are withOUT parents. At one point i was the only adult in the pool area, het there were 20+ kids in the pool. The sign displays that anyone younger than 16 should be accompanied by an adult, however that sign was not adhered to since the children were under 13. We have a small issue with the room when we initially arrived. Upon entry into the room I turned on the AC because it was very warm. I took the boys down to the pool and came back up 90 minutes later. The room was still warm. The front desk sent maintenance to the room where we were informed that it was "Heat Only" room. Never heard of that before. However, I was quickly moved to another room on the same floor. The AC WORKED! Sal, with maintenance was very informative and even checked the new room to ensure everything was operable. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the amazing breakfast buffet. I travel often both personally and professionally. I must say that their "free" breakfasr buffet was the best I've had in a very long time.

The room was not cleaned well. There were hairs in the covers and towels along with a brown fluid stain on the wall. The walls were also paper thin and we were kept up all night by the partying around us. NOT up to my embassy suites expectations. The restaurant and check in staff were all great at least.

Facilities and staff were great. One issue with HVAC is the thermostat does not have separate heat and air because it is automatic. Our room was 80 degrees upon arrival. Set temp to 70 and lower which it never got below 72.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the hospitality hour is fun. The rooms are definitely showing their age. Our room felt a little damp from the humidity and the carpet retains some moisture. There was only one elevator on our side of the hotel which made it challenging to get a ride during peak hours. Especially when you have multiple groups staying in the hotel trying to get to their respective events.

Excellent service and property. In a beautiful area..on the golf course..where they once played a pga tour event . I would highly recommend to all..free custom made breakfast was delicious along with the complimentary drinks of iour choice.

The hotel could use some updating but it is clean and the managers reception in the evening is done well with great staff at the bar as well as excellent service and food at the restaurant on site. The breakfast in the morning is OUTSTANDING and the staff working were exceptionally kind and helpful. Don’t park by the beautiful trees however as after a lot of rain, our car was invaded by sugar ants:(
