When I arrived at the hotel, all the apar**ents were full, and they claimed that the reservation was canceled by **********, and he provided another apar**ent in another building, and it was very bad, unclean, and less than the value of the money paid.
I contacted ********** and they assured me that the reservation is valid and has not been canceled by them. I do not recommend them for their lies and non-fulfillment of the reservation.

The poperty was very nice, in quite area.All amenties were sufficient and workable.Very comfortable beds after a long trip all day long.Management of the property was very helpful in every deamnd of ours ad really fast. Shops, restaurants and market shops are very ear, almost 5 minutes by the foots.It is highly recommended for your short stays in the area. We will return back!!

I enjoyed the stay at Umut Apar**ents very much. Very nice stuff by the way. The apar**ent was very clean with everything needed. The location is perfect. It is close to the airport and as well to the Trabzon Meydan. Five stars from my side and very much recommended
