在複雜的投票公寓7/10:寬,全部,陽台,相當乾淨;裏的負面,沒有空調,牀牀牀牀牀,了!!水池不太乾淨()太熱,但是男孩們玩了半個小時,晚上出酒店停車場和站附近的地區,不建議女孩子獨自一身,在接待處細注意兩個女孩。在入住時不靈活地說房間會在17點鐘準備好,在他們着你的各種和笑聲之後,小心不要讓旁邊辦公室的負責人抓到你,他們繼續推遲房間分配......最後手裏的到17.30。清晨出check發生....而且我還不清楚公寓的房間號碼,而不是一遍寫它們或說一個號碼來幫助我,她對繼續在法語中全部重複這些號碼感到震驚。除了我用英語對她抱房間遲到的時,她們不明白,也開始用這個語言回答我,對不起,但是作爲客戶我根本不喜歡,完全缺乏友好和專業性。

I have eaten in the restaurant associated with this hostel a couple of times and since I needed to return to the city for an event, I thought I would try out the hostel because I know the city well and don't need to be right in the centre. Upon trying to book my reservation, I was told that they are imposing the health pass throughout the hotel (not just in the restaurant space - which is what the law requires here in France). They also repeatedly mentioned mask-wearing etc. which is fine, but it does not make for a good experience when making a booking. Of course, the health requirements are important, but I have decided to stay elsewhere because I find it strange to discriminate against people without the health pass with such zeal. I prefer to spend my money elsewhere and in a less anxiety-inducing place. I don't want to have to show my health pass each time I come and go from a hotel.

酒店位於旅遊區外,一個小鎮靜靜的。新建築。漂亮,風格裝飾。寬的停車場。客廳寬,大窗戶,可以坐在那裏舒適喝點東西或吃點東西。一旦入室:房間很寬,我們有一間雙人牀的房間。牀很好。室空間分開,所以如果有人需要🚽,另一個人可以安靜地洗或牙。我覺得這個好主意-＞實用。大型智能電視。有足夠的空間去裝東西,也可以安靜地工作:有某種辦公桌和子。互聯網很好👌

We stayed one night at the hotel, on a road trip from Germany down to Spain, and enjoyed it very much. The room we had on the upper floor in the annex building was large and comfortable, with a small balcony, a decent and modern bathroom area, and very nicely furnished throughout. The team is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is top class – the dinner we had was exceptional, and the breakfast nice as well. We will certainly be back. The only issue was the lack of WiFi in any hotel area, except in the reception area, and even there at quite low speeds only, insufficient for a larger download. The receptionist tried a solution in our room, that did not work, but this should be an easy fix.

Faultless everything. I had a great big room, fantastic over all compared to a local 5* hotel. great location, amenities near by, transport and ease. i usually do not like to stay in big chains but this one truly surprised me.

從圖爾火車站不行5分鐘即可抵達酒店。訂房的時候以為就是和IBIS類似的酒店，進房間后發現有驚喜，房間布置溫馨，各種裝飾雖不高檔，但都經過精心設計，讓人感覺舒適。這個酒店真是到圖爾的絕佳選擇，值得推薦。

Après avoir vécu une péripétie avec un autre hôtel ce jeudi 7 juillet à 23h30 nous avons appelé celui ci savoir s’il leur restait de la place. Nous avons eu un Monsieur très gentil au téléphone qui nous a indiqué qu’effectivement il restait des chambres de libre. 10 minutes plus tard nous étions sur place. Très bon accueil, remise de la carte de chambre avec explications très rapide ! La chambre était calme et bien isolée ! Il y faisait bon ! Pas de soucis particulier à souligner si ce n’est qu’un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain serait le bienvenue mais ceci n’est qu’un détail ! Merci à vous et nous réitérerons notre séjour lorsque nous aurons besoin ! Bon courage à toute l’équipe

We have certainly noticed a lowering in the hotel standards. Subtle for steady decrease which undermine the quality and put in doubt the category of the hotel. A few of them could be enumerated: No more small bottle of body lotion of similar in the bathroom. We flagged this at reception and the lady mentioned this was never the case at this hotel, noted down our room number and never came back to us. The menu at the Room Service has been reduced and for instance, ommeletes are not available any longer. The kitchen lacks utensiles and this makes the room with kitchen experience a bit dull as you are not going to be cooking much with wooden cutlery, having to order pans at reception or needing plates that are not available on spot. I would propose either to remove them or fit them for purpose.
