Very good location and quiet hotel . Hôtel bien situé et calme

Hôtel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles . Récent , beaucoup de goût dans la décoration des communs , bar, réception ,jardin intérieur Chambre dans la partie contemporaine , le Cube , au 1 ère étage, très calme avec vue sur le jardin terrasse. La chambre est magnifique , contemporaine , belle salle de bain Hôtel bien placé , proche du centre historique , de nombreux et bons restaurants . Parking payant souterrain public à 2 pas , très pratique pour nous car nous avions choisi Tours pour visiter la région . Espace spa au sous sol avec hamam, petit sauna et piscine intérieure. Personnel jeune et sympathique.

Joli endroit mais tres déçue concernant le peu de place pour boire un verre après un dîner en l occurrence champagne servi par le barman une 1 fois et ensuite laissant celui-ci dans le seau sans intervention de sa part! Petit déjeuner déjà positionné à 22h30 à 3 mètres de nous manque d élégance pour un 5 etoiles

Tours se dote d'un bel établissement à proximité des commerces, restaurants, monuments à visiter . Accueil très sympathique et professionnel . Notre chambre était situé dans le patio donc très au calme . Il convient de faire attention car beaucoup de chambres sont orientées vers la rue qui est très circulée , un appel est donc vivement recommandé . Petite piscine certes mais elle a le mérite d'exister ainsi que hammam et sauna :: nous étions seuls dans le spa ,donc oh combien agréable . La suite que nous avions choisi est vaste et très bien équipée , Le chauffage est tout de même à revoir dans la salle de bain toilette ; un très beau sèche serviette mais la partie toilette reste très froide . Petit déjeuner composé de produits venant des halles voisines , tout y est . Equipe jeune avec le sourire et à notre dispositon

Having read other reviews we were very disappointed. We did have a very professional welcome but this young man’s colleagues let him down badly. We had booked a “Prestige room” no.1. The room was very spacious and well appointed. However It’s on the ground floor directly next to the pavement and road. There’s no blind for the bathroom just a net curtain and frosted glass. We didn’t mind that but others might find it odd to have the shadows of people walking past as you have a shower. 3 problems: Our room was not serviced properly - no change of towels bathroom bin not emptied previous evenings drinks glasses not cleared away. The air conditioning failed. You can’t open the window because you are literally on the pavement with people passing by. Our biggest disappointment was when we raised these points at checkout and said the air con failure gave us a poor nights sleep there was just a shrug and the comment it had failed at 7pm the previous night. No one has told us as guests. No gesture offered from the hotel at checkout. That is not service in any hotel - never mind 5 star. Breakfast was good but not great (and the breakfast area is small and fills).

Les Trésorières is a gem of a hotel. It is incredibly modern and sleek designed, yet still felt warm and comfortable, with attention to every detail. The bed had the crispest white bedding and the mattress was perfect. Great air conditioning in the room, and completely silent. There is a wonderful outdoor courtyard that's perfect for reading a book or having a coffee. The staff is cheerful and happy to help with every request. The location is ideal, a few minutes walk from the old town, and a block away from the incredible food hall Les Halles. Our room was facing the street and the big windows let in plenty of sunlight. We were happy they had a gym, which many boutiques hotels in France will not have, though this one was small and could use better ventilation. The pool was also small, though good if you have kids that need some splash time. If your making Tours your base in Loire, this is probably your best option for a 5 star hotel.

À deux pas du centre de Tours, cet hôtel est un petit bijou Accueil excellent Chambre dans le « cube » partie récente, spacieuse, excellente literie et belle salle de bain Petit spa , génial, j’y étais seul Super petit déjeuner, choix et qualité des produits proposés

It's a shame I have to write this negative review as the hotel itself is very nice, as are many of the staff, however, the manager Simon was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we arrived for our Christmas holiday we were told that our booking was for a month prior, and not December, classed as a no show. Despite showing undeniable evidence of the booking being made for December, Simon was aggressive in saying there was nothing they could do, insinuating we were trying to be inappropriate in raising the issue. Who would book a hotel room for a month prior with confirmation and then visit a month later pretending they booked for this date? - It's a ridiculous accusation to make and made us very uncomfortable. Despite showing the evidence, we were coerced into paying twice for the booking we had already paid in full for. I am currently fighting this charge, with further rude and aggressive responses from Simon in them rejecting the dispute. I would avoid this hotel as all costs as the service level we received was appalling in response to this situation, and it could not have been handled any worse in making us feel responsible for the issues, implying we were stupid for missing our booking date despite having no idea of this supposed different date, as apposed to finding an amicable resolution in good faith at the time. The rooms were nice and modern, however, one of the rooms had an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning and the second room had a cracked sink and floor tiles. Awful experience, AVOID.

Très bonne situation, proche du centre ville historique, ce petit hôtel par la,taille (21 chambres) est un endroit magnifique, très bien entretenu, avec un service de qualité. Chambre contemporaine dans le Cube, grande , au calme, avec vue sur le jardin intérieur Petit déjeuner juste magique
