As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

房子很好 比較寬敞 廚房什麼都有 完全可以自己做菜，樓下也有免費的咖啡和茶可以喝，咖啡還不錯，是咖啡機的那種。衹是6天以下，沒有做清潔換毛巾各種的各種服務！酒店是不是可以考慮三天做一次清潔對於短期的遊客。而且check out的時間明明是11點，我有提前問，而且攜程上寫的也是11:00，走的時候那位小姐告訴我，你應該10點來退房，退房時間是10點，露出很尷尬的表情。

我們在這裏住了兩個晚上,同時把我們的女兒安置在圖盧茲大學。前台工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。這家酒店的位置很好,就在圖盧茲的主要廣場。我們被升級到一個更好的房間,這是一個可愛的驚喜。房間很漂亮,很舒服。我唯一的批評是,因爲這是一棟舊建築,地板很作響,我們可以聽到樓上房間裏的人在夜間走動但也許他們只是非常腳的客人。強烈推薦這家迷人的酒店,感謝您如此照顧我們。

The hotel is conveniently located, within easy walking distance of the Capitole and city centre shops. The building has character and the hotel has a traditional atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a room next to the central courtyard, which was very quiet despite the central location. Breakfast was OK - standard continental. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you want anything more fancy. Only downside was that the room was quite basic and in need of modernisation, though probably what you would expect from a 2-star hotel

Dans l’ensemble tout c’est bien passé, je déplore juste une certaine vétusté dans la salle de bain ( tache suspecte dans et autour de la baignoire, robinetterie branlante,…) pour le reste tout été bien. Les personnes à l’accueil été tres professionnel et sympathique

I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel when in Toulouse. It’s in the perfect position within close walking distance of the historic areas, good restaurants and the shops. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly. One young man on reception helped my husband gain access to our suitcase when we couldn’t get the lock open. What a hero! The breakfast is good, the room is peaceful and quiet and the shower and towels are luxurious. We’ll be back in Toulouse soon, again visiting our family, and know where we’ll be staying!
