Major contraction works going on which was not mentioned at the time of booking. This holiday became a nightmare from start to finish. Large Cranes on site which woke me up every morning. Maintenance work going on around the site and no closing off the areas to the guests this was a very dangerous hazard. Builders/maintenance men walking across the pool whilst the guests are sunbathing. This place is on a steep hill and a car is a must. Reception is a Taxi drive away unless you have a car. Lots and lots of stairs to climb this is not for the disabled or young families. Taxis are hard to get we had to wait hours and some didn't even turn up. The Swimming pool has a barrier which you need a key to get in and out feels like a prison. lots of steps to climb to and from the pool. The pool had four Pool Showers which were all not working and closed off so we couldn't have a shower after a swim. The swimming pool toilets had no toilet paper. Apartment is very basic not like the glam photos. No hot water for first day, the hot water kept turning on and off all week. Bed sheets are just one flat sheet nothing else. No house keeping. Tumble dryer didn't work. No near by shops or bars, we had to take a taxi to the supermarket and everywhere else. Overall not a good holiday, very noisy with all the works going on, men walking around with heavy tools whilst you are enjoying the sun. Having to walk around all the mess was off putting let alone dangerous, it was as if we wasn't there. No mention of hills and stairs or any construction work in the reviews was a bit strange. I blame lastminute.com for not informing us of all this whilst booking this holiday.

Firstly our flight arrived at 11 and we were not able to checkin until 2. We then had to take a taxi to the apartment with our suitcases as it was very hilly. Then it took us 35 minutes to find our apartment dragging all our luggage up and down flights of stairs. The place is like a Maze lots and lots of stairs to climb, and remember once you’ve been out for dinner and had a few drinks it’s not something to look forward to every evening. Nothing is near by.. unless you like to walk for miles. We took taxis everywhere cost a fortune even to the nearest supermarket. Unless your very fit and energetic and don’t mind climbing up hills and up and down flights of stairs then this isn’t for you. I thought l was fit until l came here. No one speaks English so hard to communicate. Yes it’s not England l get that ..but NO ONE speaks English!!! Apartment is ok and clean but nothing special. We had no hot water for first few days. The view is about the nicest part of this place. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for. I would never come back here even if they offered it free!

Un bémol: la réception est assez dure à trouver mais… une fois que c’est fait, l’accueil est très agréable, la personne qui nous a accueilli nous a tout expliqué en français (alors que l’on s’attendait à avoir des explications en anglais). Pour le reste… quelle belle surprise ! L’appartement 2 pièces est très spacieux, la vue est splendide. On ne s’en lasse pas. Les piscines sont agréables, les jardins très bien entretenus, le parking sous-terrain un vrai + Et A 6km de Nerja Un séjour extra

El apartamento parece en primera línea de playa por las vistas pero no es así. Hay que subir una cuesta muy pendiente lo que hace que se necesite coche para ir a la playa y no es fácil aparcar. La ubicacion que dale en Google está mal y no te avisan. Es una urbanización grandísima y no es cómodo moverse por ella para ir a las piscinas. Son varios bloques, en la foto se ve uno cercano pero los apartamentos del fuerte estan en otros bloques mucho más arriba. Las duchas de la playa no tienen agua, tampoco para los pies, esto no es culpa de los apartamentos pero creo que podrían avisar, tampoco funcionan las duchas de la piscina ni los baños. A las 12h del día de salida te echan. No hay servicio de equipaje, tampoco puedes aprovechar para bañarte en la playa o pisicina porque te quitan las llaves y como he dicho NO HAY AGUA para hacer un viaje de vuelta a casa sin arena y sal. El personal deja mucho que desear. Soy clienta de los demás Fuertes y siempre salgo encantada, pero aquí no ha sido la misma experiencia. Cuento mi experiencia por si alguien viene pensando que esto es como Conil , Grazalema o el Portio y no tiene nada que ver.

Acabo de estar con mi marido y mis dos hijos pequeños de 2y4 años. La experiencia ha sido muy negativa. No me esperaba algo así de un alojamiento del grupo fuerte. Cuando llegamos nos encontramos que por decreto, los baños estaban cerrados en las zonas de las piscinas,no habia duchas y las piscinas infantiles estaban cerradas. Me decanté por este alojamiento precisamente porque contaba con estos servicios. El hecho de que las piscinas infantiles estuvieran cerradas supuso un gran problema para nosotros y para nuestro peque de dos años al que no le gusta bañ**** en las grandes y no pudo bañ****. De haber conocido que estaban cerradas habría cancelado mi estancia. El tema de que los baños de las piscinas estuvieran cerrados, es también un gran problema cuando tienes niños pequeños y se hacen pipi. Sobre todo porque el apartamento de la piscina está bastante lejos(la que teníamos cerca el primer día estaba cerrada por mantenimiento) y a los niños no les da tiempo a aguantar el pipi toda esa distancia. Creo que aunque sea una cosa que esté impuesta por decreto, la cadena debería de avisarte de que no vas a poder disfrutar de los servicios que has contratado antes de que llegues allí y ya no tengas más remedio. Yo había pagado alojamiento con cancelación gratuita y habría cancelado porque no hemos podido disfrutar por estos problemas con los niños. Hemos tenido q ir a la playa en plena ola de calor, con los carritos y el acceso además,si vas andando en vez de en coche es por escaleras, lo cual con carritos es muy incómodo. Por otro lado, el ascensor al parking dejó de funcionar y tuvimos que estar cambiando de bloque para acceder desde otro ascensor. En nuestra TV, había canales como Clan que no se veían... Algo que no le pega a un alojamiento por el que pagas más de doscientos euros por noche. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy negativa, y me da mucha pena haber gastado días de mis vacaciones aquí. Por cierto, se necesita el coche para todo.

Tolle Wohnungen mit großer Terrasse und hervorragenden Blick aufs Meer. Alles sauber und nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Probleme wurden sehr schnell behoben. Einziger Nachteil man muss ein Auto haben, da keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden ist.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec vue exceptionnelle : plus belle que sur les photos ! Situé au calme. Belle piscine spacieuse. Même si situé en hauteur assez proche de tout en voiture. Un séjour magnifique.

Excellent séjour, appartement de qualité, cuisine bien équipée.Vue sur la mer magnifique, piscine , jardin très soigné,c’était vraiment au top. La résidence est au calme, très proche de Nerja et Torrox en voiture.
