海灘飯店(The Beach)

I would like to say this is a lovely place to stay, we stayed in an apartment, it was clean tidy and very well presented, the hotel staff were pleasant and more than helpful. My only complaint would be the restaurant attached, we have stayed here twice now, the first time we booked a table through the hotel in the restaurant the meal was very pleasant and the staff were friendly and polite. It brings me no pleasure to write this but our visit this time I can only class as awful. The food we had the chance to eat was lovely it’s just a shame that after booking a table for four people, we were given one side table big enough for one plate to eat four meals from. This I’m afraid ended in disaster when the plates went everywhere as there was only room for a quarter each plate on the tiny table. To add insult to injury when I approached the bar to explain I was handed napkins to clean up! Not help not oh I’m sorry sir, nothing. I cleared the mess and took the scooped up food to the bar explaining again what had happened and why and still nothing. My family and I were astounded when the young waitress came over and asked if everything was ok with our meals. I began with, no not really, before I could finish she replied I’m sorry about that and walked away. By this time to of my family decided they had had enough and left to go back to the room hungry. With that the waiter came over with two soft drinks for the two people that had left and said these are on the house! By this time I was sure this was a wind up and I was in some sort of reality show. Sadly not we decided to leave and I went to settle my bill. I explained for the 3 time before paying and was told I’m sorry you did not enjoy it hope it will be better next time and given the full bill with the option of a gratitude payment. This has ruined our stay and will probably stop us from booking at either place again!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr saubere und ansprechend eingerichtete Zimmer. Lage fast direkt am Strand bzw. am coast path. Sehr gutes a la Card Frühstück und ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit Bar und Terrasse gehört dazu. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt! Sehr zu empfehlen.

This hotel has everything we asked for to celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary. Wonderful sea view from the balcony . Caring and attentive staff and an amazing restaurant serving Italian and British high quality food. Couldn't fault it. As good as we have stayed in during our long marriage. Thankyou to all concerned.

Stayed here 4/11 for 1 night. Lovely hotel nice big room and bathroom. Stunning view over the beach. Pity the weather wasn't brilliant. Ate at Elements restaurant. Food was beautiful. I had the slow cooked belly pork and my partner had shin of beef.

Wonderful hotel and location. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The bar was great - buzzy in the evening with live music. We had dinner one night and breakfast in the restaurant (Elements) and everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic three night stay here. It’s in a perfect location, right next to the beachfront and very close to all the restaurants and shops. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay, and would help with anything we needed. The blonde waitress at breakfast was particularly lovely! Our room was lovely and very comfortable, and we were super fortunate to have our room upgraded when we arrived- loved the sea view! The bar downstairs is also great for evening cocktails. We will be definitely be back next year, thank you for making it such a wonderful stay!

The hotel is right on the beach with fantastic view. The staff were delightful and the room was perfect with a modern feel, the bed was top notch. Bude is a secret jewel at the very top of Cornwall. Parking might be an issue at the height of the summer.

Die Lage ist toll. So schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Sehr herzliche, freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Schöne, liebevoll gestaltete Zimmer. Ein unfassbar toller Service beim Frühstück. Wir können das Hotel nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

In einem großzügigen Appartement haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und insbesondere beim Frühstück erwähnenswert. Parkplätze finden sich vor unx hinter dem Haus. Das zugehörige Restaurant lohnt sich ebenfalls. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für Bude.
