雅典城市旅館(Atenas City Inn)

Comoda, pero muy caluroso y nunca me comunique con nadie de la propiedad. Me gustó la limpieza.

El cuarto estaba sucio tenía polvo, Olía a humedad. Las sábanas estaban sucias olor a polvo. El baño no tenía puertas solo tenía cortina no había privacidad. 😠👎

Es una casa dividida. El matress estaba en malas condiciones. El piso del baño se inunda cuando te bañas. El aire no enfriaba bien.

The hotel is remodeliing and not open for busineess. What now?

First of all the location of the property was wrong on the booking page it took us somewhere else 3 minutes away. we had to call for the actual address. Once at the property the code we were given for the keys didn't work so we called again and they told us to keep trying and that if we knew hot to use the key lock after 20 minutes and calling a different number someone gave us the code to the room next door that was empty that night and the code worked on this other lock. After our stay we were charged 37 dollars in cleaning fees wich aren't stated anywhere on the fees page.

First trip to a Puerto Rico, didn’t come in with huge expectations for our first night stay knowing it was just a place for us to sleep, not looking for anything fancy. However this was just not great. We stood outside of the building for 45 minutes waiting to get ahold of the gal to get us checked in, in an area that already didn’t feel super safe. The pictures were VERY deceiving and the room was pretty run down… stains in sink, dirty rag hanging on faucet, water for soap, no bulbs in lamps, used sponges laying around, very very loud anytime someone walked through the halls, bed was very springy and uncomfortable. I hate to leave a poor review but just felt deceived by the images and couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning.

This place was horrible it doesn’t show the real pictures of the bedroom and the shower is dirty with hair and broken hand shower we can’t even take a shower not a hotel at all.

Horrible. Should not exist.
