Our stay at the Trelawny Hotel was excellent 10/10, we also stayed there two years ago, and we will definately be returning later in the year, Paul and Liz are a really lovely couple so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean , our room was really comfortable and had everything in it that we needed for our stay. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, cereals, fruit,yoghurt, fruit juices and then the fried breakfast which was delicious , especially with The poached egg. We stayed at Trelawney Hotel for the weekend. Paul and Liz made us feel very welcome, the breakfast was lovely the perfect start to the day👌🏻, hotel room was modern very well decorated. The mini fridge and fan was a nice touch. Perfect location for the sea front and a lovely little walk to the centre. Couldn’t fault are stay in any way. Will definitely be returning👍🏻

Fantastic stay at Trelawney hotel, hosts are welcoming and super helpful. Room was fantastic, comfy bed, little fridge, fan and hairdryer also in the room. Breakfast was absolutely spot on, Liz couldn’t do enough for us. Definitely returning again.

We enjoyed the visit very much. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The hotel had a good location and value for money was great too! We had a great time there and I can 100% recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Torquay!

We stopped from Friday until Monday. The welcome we had was great, Liz and Paul are really friendly and welcoming. The rooms are amazing, very clean modern and great shower. We had three great nights sleep. Breakfast very nice good quality goods. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have had a lovely few days stay at the Trelawny Hotel. Liz and Paul were excellent hosts, they went over and above what we would have expected. The welcome we received was five star. The hotel was spotless and the attention to detail was second to none. The breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and the ingredients were of good quality. The honesty bar was a good idea, and we used it a few times. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Torquay and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have stayed here previously also Perfect quiet location. Hard-working friendly and obliging staff. Excellent breakfast. Spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfortable beds. All facilities in bedroom full I would Highly recommend this hotel. 100 %

Absolutely appalling. Booked a little weekend away for my mother’s birthday and was excited for our trip. Unfortunately my Nan had sudden fallen ill and was rushed to hospital and was touch and go and knew we couldn’t go away. We decided to telephone to the hotel and explain about the situation regarding that we couldn’t go away and wanted to move the dates or cancel. The owner we spoke too was very cold on the phone and as soon as we ended the call she charged the card for the full amount. My grandmother is dying and thought we we were doing the right thing by calling three days in advance to let them know. Even if it was to change the dates but no as soon as I ended the call from the heartless owner she charged my card. Despicable woman yet she was sweetness and kindness whilst booking it, yet cold and revolting whilst trying to explain the situation. Was willing to book another time and was refused and absolutely no compassion what so ever and have been left heart broken.
