賽頓廣場飯店多倫多(Sutton Place Hotel Toronto)

방도 넓고 위치도 좋고.. 특히나 시설이 낡지 않고 새것이며 방 크기가 아주 넓어 좋았어요. 침대로 아주 좋고요. 다음에 토론토에 가면 이호텔에 다시 묵겠습니다.

The hotel is fantastic, located in a quiet corner of the city center. Easy access to attractions and the main area. It is a bit tricky to find the location at the beginning, but the facility inside is very nice!

The ventilation and air-con in the room are too lound when it is on

El personal de recepción y limpieza muy amables y atentos. Siempre viendo la manera de ayudar. Cuarto muy amplio en comparación con cuartos de mismas especificaciones. La limpieza creo que puede ser mejor en alfombras. Pero en general me encantó el hotel por servicio, espacio y la ubicación. No como en restaurante así que no puedo opinar.

No room service. If I'm staying in a hotel it's to be taken care of, not to take care of myself. First night was a Monday so many of the restaurants in the area are closed. The hotel restaurant is open, excellent but fine dining also most dishes are for sharing. Room was beautiful and the staff very kind and understanding but I won't stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. But it was expensive to park your car for the day at $50 a night. The Valet men were quick and very nice. But the area for picking up your car is very small and crowded. When I got my car to leave I was putting in my directions into my GPS and another vehicle got upset that I didn't move right away and honked and started yelling vulgar names at me. Other than that we had an amazing time.

Brilliant Hotel. My only real complaint was that the mirror in my bathroom had a large crack (1.5 ft crack). I was surprised that this was not noticed before I brought it to the hotel attention (didn't want to get charged for it). I told two staff members the evening I arrived and the morning I left and neither of them were aware. Both staff were apologetic. Just a detail I thought should have been managed before I was assigned the room. An attention to detail I have come to expect of Sutton Place (or King Blue as it will be known for a couple more days). Otherwise a really elegant and sophisticated feel to this property!
