約克大學地鐵站附近的安靜房間(Quiet Room Around York University Subway)

This is a quiet household run by an astonishingly kind and thoughtful woman that was even sufficiently clean and orderly for me as someone who is particular with regard to both cleanliness and order. The owner tends daily to all of the areas of the house in which she allows guests -- including both a large kitchen and a balcony -- and she is a warm conversationalist. I stayed for the duration of an academic conference that was held on the campus of York University, and being able to walk everywhere that I needed was quite helpful. The house is only about a 7-8 minute, comfortable walk from the center of campus (where there is, among other things, a small indoor mall that has multiple enjoyable restaurants and a convenience store).

This property was just what I needed for a short stay. Very clean and close to public transit stops. There’s Walmart close by.

room was not like the picture, there was white dust that i had to clean off the furniture. bathroom mirrow was dirty i clean that too. host was very rude never introduced herself to me.my cab came to pick me up and she told him over the intercom that there was no one by that name is there. I left a day early. I would not recommend to anyone.

It is steps from York U campus and TCC station so it serves my purpose pretty well. The owner is nice and responds quickly to my questions. The shared bathroom/kitchen/laundry is a concern if you need lots of privacy.

Its a basment its not motel shared dirty kitchen and washroom and very small room

It’s near subway and York University campus which is very convenient. Quiet property with excellent services .
