Relax, tranquilidad y un ambiente totalmente amigable. Es como viajar a otra época. Nos gustó muchísimo, los baños árabes muy recomendables (no confundas con spa). El te que nos ofrecieron un buen detalle. En la habitación todo lo necesario. Si tengo que poner un pero la almohada, aunque la verdad no pregunté si tenían otra opción.

Pequeño pero Gran Hotel en el corazón de Toledo, con una historia ancestral que hace que dormir en un edificio con tantos siglos de historia sea una experiencia increíble. Habitación grande y cómoda. Personal Amable, Cercano y Resolutivo. Sin duda lo mejor del Hotel. Las Termas están en el mismo hotel y son un valor añadido, además con poca gente y la intimidad necesaria para disfrutar de la experiencia.

Me he equivocado en el número de noches y en escoger este Riad. Es un lugar para estar una noche y complementarlo con los baños y no más como yo he estado. El hotel no ofrece espacios comunes para estar cómodo .Esta al lado de un supermercado. La habitación es amplia , aunque los techos son muy bajos, las ventanas pequeñas con rejitas,, el colchon sencillo e incómodo. Cuando sales de la habitación olia a barniz o pintuta.La habitación tampoco tiene buena ventilación. Se venden como un hotel boutique. Para mi no lo es, ni de lejos. El hotel , tiene 3 o 4 habitaciones. Las instalaciones de los baños arabes muy bien. El personal muy bien, atento y amables.

Lo cogimos junto con los baños arabes ya que está en el mismo lugar. Es la tercera vez que vamos, hemos podido disfrutar de varias habitaciones y cada una tiene au encanto particular. Repetiremos siempre que podamos ya que el trato del personal es inmejorable y la combinación de los baños+masaje+ hotel hacen que el día de relax sea especial. Y puedas disfrutar de un pedacito de la ciudad de Toledo.

My spouse and I absolutely enjoyed our two nights at the Riad Medina Mudejar. I was on a journey to experience the culture of Toledo and this really helped us. We stayed in the Sultana room, had our own private courtyard and balcony. We booked a couples massage on our first evening and we also enjoyed the baths on the second day. Staff were extremely warm and helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel/spa enough.

Good: The hotel room was large ,nice smelling with free beer. We enjoyed the pools and the women who checked us in were kind and pleasant The Bad: constant miss communication regarding booking a massage and expectations. Despite emails back and forth there still was no clarity and a clear understanding. We stayed here for the massage and culture experience but it turned into a nightmare and our the only worse place and extremely stressful negative experience we had in Spain Trip as they seem to have become too greedy as the now offer massages in a small room packed with beds and no dividers. When booking the massage the had an old website that showed a two person room. The night time manager told us we would have our full massage time in the two person room which was a lie as the woman stopped in less than 5 minutes and said she was done. We were given our money back but it ruined our whole experience and instead of calmly us it caused us more stress. It didn’t matter that we were hotel guests as they just wanted to fool people in and out and the 5 minute experience was fluff as they only rubbed oil on your body and it wasn’t even a massage. The Ugly: we did not want to leave this review and offered to sort things out with the hotel night manager, however his attitude was that it doesn’t matter and said go ahead because people will always come to this hotel. He seemed arrogant and unapologetic and had no intentions of making any amends for our horrible experience. The morning breakfast was disgusting cased diarrhea which sums up the overall mood.
