Hotel looks good but need bigger mirror and some cleaning works at toilet

************* semuanya okay kat sini. Rumah lengkap dengan fasiliti yang basic, mudah check in check out, owner pun baik mudah berurusan. Aircond ada kat setiap bilik & ruang tamu. Master bedroom katil queen, 2nd & 3rd room ada 2 katil single. TV ada netflix, wifi pun laju. Swimming pool pun bersih & luas. Insyaallah kalau ada rezeki ke Kedah, saya booking lagi.

房間乾淨,但雙牀小。空間很少可以坐。不適合老年人,因爲沒有電梯提供。樓梯陡峭,帶孩子出行需要小心。

The room quite okay. Not really sound proof. Can hear toilet noise from other room. Overall okay for short stay. Friendly reception. Got food and tootbrush

The experience staying at the hotel was amazing. The friendly staffs and good customer services. We were facilitated with complete peace and calm. The pool has three sections, which were kids, 4 feet and 4 feet 6 inch, and secured with 24-hour CCTV around the pool area. The pool were also completed with their own toilet and changing room. I love staying here, and I will recommend it to others as well. 🥰

Great beachfront location with beautiful views and clean, modern rooms. The staff was friendly, and the pool area was well-maintained. However, the Wi-Fi was slow, and it was a bit noisy at times. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

如果沒有記錯的話，這是馬來西亞自 1995 年以來最古老的連鎖飯店之一，位於馬來西亞許多主要城市和地方的絕佳位置。工作人員正在努力取悅客人，這確實令人鼓舞。然而，這家酒店唯一讓人失望的是設施和便利設施沒有更換，因為業主似乎對翻新不感興趣。這對我來說非常難過，因為我確實喜歡住在斯里蘭卡連鎖飯店，地理位置優越，停車位充足，但破舊的設施確實令人失望。連早餐的種類多年來都是一樣的，這樣的低端經濟型飯店。希望這家酒店的業主投資並再投資，否則這家卓越的連鎖酒店將慢慢從馬來西亞旅遊業的地圖上消失。

Hotel yang simple tapi best..bilik selesa..Ada breakfast walaupun simple ..Nasi Lemak daun pisang sedap..ade roti bakar dan telur separuh masak..berdekatan dengan Kedai makan..Tesco dan jitra mall..kemudahan grab pun senang..berdekatan dengan stesen bas jitra
