From last one year I am visiting almost monthly, after new person joined Mr. Suseen GM coming lot new developments like in room all food served with covers and a lot, in reception murali trisha perfect zabardast. Great thing when enter into property now every one smiles. Breakfast service changed well.

Rooms are of very good condition and neat clean. Buffet breakfast spread was good. But I feel they have limited staff as at the closing time of breakfast restaurant was on complete mess. Location was superb. On the ground floor of hotel you can get A2B to have authentic southindian food.

We have a excellent stay with good hospitality and delicious food. The entire staff was very nice, co-operative and well ***nered and very decent. The breakfast was also very tasty with pleanty of food items. I specially thanks to Mr. Anil who was very kind enough and was extending his services whole heartily. In short, l have no more words to express how happy we were to have such a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very neatly maintained, breakfast buffet is elaborate and very tasty. Their Arabian grape juice was yummy. The housekeeping staff is very good, they are very responsive. I tried a few food items from the hotel they were very good too. Another advantage to this hotel is that it has the famous A2B in the ground floor, so you can enjoy great food without stepping out of the hotel. The hotel is at a walkable distance from Kapila teertham and closer to the Alipiri circle. I used their travel desk to go to Kalahasti, the driver and car were very good though it was a bit expensive. You can book Uber to travel to Tirumala and other local site seeing. The staff at the reception and dining area are not very communicative, they only respond to a question if you ask them. A bit more polish and proactiveness could make the experience great. I am in no way saying their service was bad, but these are minute areas that need improvement.

Mr Anil the FBP ***ager is an exemplary employee - ever obliging smiling hardworking ensuring that everything worked. He is very dedicated ated and proud to serve and deserves a medal. I hope to return very soon. The food was really good too.
