First time staying at Horison TC UPI Serang, a very impressive experience, the breakfast menu is delicious and variated, the lunch and dinner menus are also delicious. all the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful, especially Mr Wahyu, really helped us during our stay there, we hope we can visit next time, thank you very much Mr Wahyu and all the staff.

Coming here for the iftar package. The price is very affordable with a lot of choice for the food. The place is very comfortable too. I really enjoy having iftar in Horison TC UPI Serang. Definitely will come back again for it. You should try it too.

The food is excellent. the staffs are friendly mostly in services. Nabila is one of the friendly staff that willing to help us. The location is in the heart of the city. We are comfortable with the ambiance of the hotel. The hotel is one of our choices to held event or meeting.

This is my first visit to this hotel. As before I usually stay in Serpong, but this time I prefer here. The building is still new. The room is clean. It has smart TV inside. The staff is friendly. The breakfast menu was various. It is located near the city centre. It is a recommended hotel. Keep it up.

One of a Good Hotel in Serang City. A new hotel at central city with good facilities and service.. Room was clean and good condition (because a new hotel I guess) Maybe it Will be amazing if swimming pool inside.
