Such a comfortable bed. Shower a little small and low shower rose. What I did notice as soon as walking in to Reception is a quite over powering smell....like smelly socks!!! Receptionist was lovely, but it really smelt very unfresh. But was overall very happy with our accomodation for the night. Thank you.

A Decent, well located, Motel. This is a good motel and we would stay there again if passing through Timaru. The name harbour view is a bit misleading as the hotel doesn't have a harbour view, at least not from the ground floor rooms! However it is only a short walk from Caroline Bay. The centre of Timaru is a little further to walk and it's uphill if that is an issue for you. However there is plenty of parking in town. A particular mention to the lady on reception who was both friendly and helpful. Note that if you are going south you have to drive past the motel and turn right, right, right around the next block thereby approaching the hotel from behind.

On arrival, we’re met with good customer service. The staff member was very friendly & happy to answer questions. The room was what you needed for an overnight stay. You could hear the road noise in the distance but not very loud. Nothing that ear plugs didn’t fix. Easy walk into town & Caroline Bay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

What a lovely surprise to find this property. It was perfect for us, ground floor, comfortable bed, great facilities and a very helpful reception. Recommend it highly, thank you.

Good location near restaurants and a park. Even if near the main road, surprisingly very quiet at night!

Just seemed rather expensive considering a lack of view plus the room was rather dark. Otherwise, very clean and nice.
