聖地亞哥別墅旅館飯店(Hotel Villas de Santiago Inn)

Comenzando por mencoonar que no es un Hotel si no un Motel, habia manchas en la alfombra de las cuales prefiero no saber que son, los colchones estaban sobre 2 individuales viejos, no habia animales pero podria ser un posible nido para ellos. El precio es barato, no podia esperar mucho, pero aun asi en temas de higiene mucho que desear

This is a decent hotel. The room is spacious and clean. I felt very safe at the hotel even with my car. The only thing I would add for the management is to have a policy where they ask customers to give them feedback right away while the customers are still there. There are differences in business practices between different countries & cultures. The only part that I wasn't a fan of was at the battery powered smoke detectors were all beeping constantly throughout the night. Which means the batteries were low. If they had been more responsive they could have replaced the batteries so we weren’t hearing them beep all throughout the night. Besides that everything else was fine.

Las sabanas tenían cabello de los huéspedes anteriores el baño mala calidad no tenia silla como para sent**** a comer no había ni toma corriente para cargar el celular

Asked when I arrived if I was booking for the night or hourly… Didn’t shower as the bathroom did not look clean. Lots of other people’s hair around the sink and floor. I think there was a recent remodel, but done in that slum-lord rental fashion. I double checked the mattress and no bed bugs, sheets smelled and looked clean so I did sleep, just not well. It was $30, and I guess I got what I paid for.

Lo único que no me gusta es la poca capacidad del personal para responder las dudas. Rayan en lo grosero.

First off, every time you’re going to leave your room you have to leave your key at the front desk which made me feel a bit uncomfortable because I had my personal belongings in the room. Secondly, there were no amenities or anything in the room such as a microwave, refrigerator, and I asked if they had an iron and they did not have one. Their Wi-Fi connection sucks And so does the reception there. The room was extremely dirty, there was old vomit stains on the floor. The dresser was falling apart and the lighting was so dark I wasn’t able to get ready in the morning. The shower was horrible… There was hardly any water that would come out And made it extremely difficult for me to shower. And don’t let me get into the customer service that I received because I can go on and on and on but these are the most important reasons why I would never stay at this hotel ever again.

El hotel es nefasto, tienen publicidad engañosa, no hay calefacción en los cuartos, apoco hay wiffi, mienten en lo que informan en la página de *******, todo sucio, las toallas esquerosas todo muy mal, hablé a Profeco por qué me parece indignante la publicidad engañosa y lo peor que nadie te ayuda, para nada, bueno el personal hizo lo que pudo, los estafadores son los dueños del lugar, horrible , no lo recomiendo para nada

I got placed in a room next to their washers and driers. So yes there was loud machine banging all the time. Also got the worst room they could have given me. Tv was broken with no windows for the fresh air to go in and the AC unit was broken too.
