都德公園鄉村俱樂部萬豪德爾塔飯店(Delta Hotels Tudor Park Country Club)

This hotel is very run down, the desk and chair in our room were beyond repair, the television doesn’t actually connect to any of the apps and crashes. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but then we are used to a memory foam mattress, not that it matters as there was a weird humming that coupled with the loud plumbing makes sleeping difficult anyway. It was warm last weekend granted but our room was right around the back of the building and quite shaded so especially after being in the spa for abit the room was chilly, but they’ve turned all the heating options off to the rooms. So onto the spa… The spa is also really run down, missing tiles, jacuzzi is all blocked up, ceiling is all peeling in the steam room the changing facilities are ample and the pool is nice and warm. So for a nice weekend treat away I definitely wouldn’t book again and we actually checked out early. Apparently the manager is going to get in touch with me but I’ve yet to hear . So onto the very few and far between goods…despite the restaurant being missing a lot of its menu what was available was utterly delicious and the cocktails- again from what was available were amazing. Now the Staff in the restaurant and bar were so so good, polite, funny and knew their stuff. And the scrambled egg at breakfast was damn good too. Other than that, go for a meal but don’t stay and the spa is lack lustre at best.

Was overall a pleasant experience once again staying in the suite. Lovely spacious room for our family. Comfortable bed and lovely swimming pool for the whole family to enjoy. Only issue with the suite being next to the bar/restaurant was noisy with kids running up and down corridor, right outside our room! When my daughter was trying to sleep. Didn’t wake her but feel something like this should be monitored. Maybe you need to consider sound proofing the rooms. Apart from that happy with the stay and sure to return in the future.

Very comfortable ground floor room with patio doors and a table and 2 chairs for those who smoke - perfect. Hotel has a spa and pool with sauna and steam room as well as a bar overlooking the golf course. There is a good restaurant if a tad pricy but service is excellent.There is also another lounge bar open in the evenings. Overall a great place for a weekend getaway.

I booked this hotel room in February for an overnight stay on the way back from a French holiday. We arrived to be told that that a coach party had arrived and the restaurant did not have any bookings available but confirmed I could get room service. Really?? They didn’t tell me that when I booked. The receptionist could not get a credit card authorisation due to an IT issue but assured me that I could charge items to the room and that when I ordered room service the tray charge would be wavered. Needless to say I was unable to charge a thing to my room. I went to the restaurant at 6.00pm have a word with the restaurant manager and as I did I looked at the empty restaurant waiting for the coach party! I was informed if I could vacate the table by 7.00pm we could eat in the restaurant which we did. To be fair the food was excellent as was the service but why should I have to complain just to get a table in the restaurant? I hasten to add, including drinks we spent £100 in the restaurant as a couple, I don’t think a coach party would have spent that amount per couple? To me the decision to block restaurant bookings was badly thought out and seeing a French couple being turned away from the restaurant was an embarrassment to this hotel. Other things… air con wasn’t working, room smelt musty and Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I will never stay here again, there are far better pubs with rooms nearer the tunnel. Total shambles.

Superb hotel in every way. Staff attentive and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Food excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had a lovely room overlooking the golf course with an outside area to sit down. Freya on reception looked after us very well. We ate in the restaurant and our food was lovely. We came here for a spa day, which was fine but they had no Jacuzzi which was a let down. Overall enjoyed our stay though.

We booked to stay at the Tudor Park Marriott at the last minute as we wanted to go to Hush Heath vineyards. The hotel was really busy as there was a wedding going on and there were groups staying due to nearby weddings. Despite this, every single member of staff we encountered were extremely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Their service could absolutely not be faulted and they are a credit to the hotel. My only small complaint was that the pool was closed for a while due to chlorine imbalance and when open was very full. The food in the restaurant was good and the room was quiet.
