Homewood Suites by Hilton Richmond - West End/Innsbrook

They do not have an indoor pool, which was stated they did have. They only have 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. Breakfast was good. Evening manager was great. Hand towels smelled like vomit. Good water pressure water was clean. Area is well lit & clean.

Friendly staff and service and the ara was very quiet, seemed very safe with plenty of great options for dining out.

Stayed the weekend and it was wonderful. The 2 rooms love that they were on opposite sides and both rooms had its own bathroom. Everything was excellent bout the room. Had everything that I needed.

The dishes were extremely dirty when we arrived. The beds are not comfortable at all and the pull out couch you can feel the springs. Our toilet was leaking from the back we noticed them upon plus noticing it the same night and was told someone would come fix it. We left the next day in hopes to stay out their way and THEY NEVER CAME so it leaked the entire time. I changed our hotel upon check out.

We had 2 different stores on the property and neither one had working air conditioning/heat. The third room smelled like smoke so we moved to an entirely different hotel. The staff was very accommodating and we were refunded our money.

The staff is so sweet and understanding ! This is our 4th year staying there for Thanksgiving with our field hockey team we love it here !

Overall good stay Room could have been cleaner. Staff was great and breakfast was very generous with lots of options. Room was spacious. However, bathroom had no toiletries. No soap at all. And the shower head was broken and sprayed all over and drenched the entire floor and even the ceiling. Very difficult to shower. It was a handicap tub and i fear someone with a disability would have had an awful experience. Hotel was clean overall.

Nothing was nice it smelled like mold. There was actually mole in the shower ceiling. It felt cold the heating made noise.

My son and his wife and I shared a large unit, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small living room and kitchen. It was a perfect set up since then I could have my bedroom, and they could have theirs. We were together, but we were independent in a way we also had three television sets, which was very nice. The breakfast were very, very good, Tyrone is an excellent cook and we enjoyed the Wednesday evening soup and salad. Overall, we were very happy to stay there for seven nights. We enjoyed our stay, and we hope that we can come back in the future.
