丹佛北-桑頓Candlewood Suites(Candlewood Suites Denver North - Thornton)

Rooms are nice in a good location. Plenty of parking close to restaurants and the mall.

It was very dirty I had to asked to change rooms. The sofa was all worn out and shiny. As you can tell when someone has been staying in there and it needs a remodel. It was very disgusting the last day that we were there I had a little creepy creature crawling on the floor, really grossed me out. The towels were dingy white. They were not bright white. The recliner in the room was torn and wore out. Don’t think I will ever stay there again. I’ve had several stays there, and this has to be my last one.

The property was well located. Near the orchard shoppers center. Denver Premium Outlets Right off I-25 and 144th. Plenty of fast food nearby.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Not only was I charged twice, but when I spoke with the manager they refused to fix the problem and were completely condescending. The room itself was not the cleanest. Had a stain on the pillow. Do not recommend! Save you money!

There was no blow dryer in the room. I asked the person at the front desk and she said they did not have any and said all of the rooms were full so she could not check. I had to leave my room and go to a store to purchase a blow dryer so I had it in the morning for my departure. Would like some type of compensation back to my card for this inconvenience.

Stove didn’t work at all. Extra charges are still appearing on our bank statement even though we had prepaid for the entire hotel visit. Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

I had a Brown Recluse Spider in my room and got it away from my 2 young kids. Only wish i had taken a photo but the safety of my kids were kind of the priority.

I stayed here for 5 nights and if I hadn't pre paid I would have left as soon as I checked in. As an IHG member I didn't think they would attach their name to a property that doesn't meet certain standards. I tried to get towels and clean bed linens for 2 days even offering to make the bed myself. Finally after 6 trips to the front desk over 2 days they sent someone up. Also, I had to go buy air fresheners because the room smelled awful. The entire hotel had a strange odor but the room was the worst.
