"Stayed in Stable Cottage for a couple of nights. Wonderful place to relax and unwind. Very cosy cottage, lovely sat sitting by the log burner reading. Will definitely visit again. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shop and tearooms provide fabulous food. Hot tub has fantastic views of the valley below and the night sky."

"Please watch when you stay here regarding parking entered my Reg when starting a 3 day stay and still got a parking fine two weeks later lost appeal after sending all my proof of a 3 day stay Horizon the parking firm said they would reduce it to £30 as a good will gesture Ripp off will never return to this Hotel"

"花了2晚,再也沒有了。房間很小,所以很熱,即使窗戶打開,風扇整天和晚上。只有18度,所以天堂知道熱浪會是什麼樣子。穆老公幾乎不能從他身邊的牀上,因爲它是如此狹窄的空間。桌子上充滿了東西,沒有地方放我們的東西。我們要求一個安靜的房間,因爲我身體不適,它很安靜,但上3層樓梯,這對我自己或我76歲的丈夫來說並不好。浴室很大,洗浴用品很好,但淋浴後就像桑拿浴室,因爲沒有提取系統。前景令人難以置信。有人屋頂上的圍欄和垃圾。前台接待員非常無益。不會推薦或返回。"

"This place is absolutely charming, and Ginny has done everything she can to make it really welcoming. They home, grown and home-cooked produce is amazing.. Equipped with everything you need for stovetop cooking, and air fryers. We had the best time ever, even with the elements howling all around us with ample heat from the stoves. This is an utterly unique place – such an amazing valley to walk in. Truly a magical visit like a trip to another time and a real getaway."

"Ignoring the fact that you are staying in a very small room, this is a great place to stay. Small kitchenette, bathroom with shower , loo and sink, double bed ( there was a single bunk too, but that would have been a person TOO many) , with lots of nice touches - books, binoculars, decorations, outside seating round a firepit. You can buy logs for the fire ( it then got too hot!) and other goodies from the supplies hut, borrow wellies or extra blankets. Very dog friendly with good walks around the fields. We will be back."
