Ngày đầu tiên khi tới Bhutan, tôi chọn ở khách sạn Pemako Thimphu vì ks nằm n*** trung tâm thành phố, thuận tiện cho việc đi lại và tham quan. Ngoài ra, điểm đặc biệt ở Pemako đó là bất kì du khách nào chọn nghỉ ngơi ở đây, trước khi nhận phòng, đều sẽ được nhà sư ban phước 😇 Cảm nhận của tôi khi ở đây là rất thoải mái, giao thông di chuyển thuận lợi, các bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình và rất chuyên nghiệp, đặc biệt là Hana ( người đã được khách sạn phân công take care cho tôi ) . Tôi trở về khách sạn lúc 8:00 pm & cần chuẩn bị 1 bữa tối bất ngờ cho bạn tôi, tôi đã nhờ Hana setup 1 cách gấp rút, và cô ấy đã rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Điều tôi đánh giá cao nhất đó là tôi cần 1 chiếc bánh kem , đội ngũ bếp đã nhanh chóng làm n*** 1 chiếc bánh kem tươi ngon trong vòng 2 tiếng 👍🏻😍 100 điểm cho sự chuyên nghiệp và ko thể tuyệt vời hơn👍🏻

Extremely comfortable in a beautiful setting. Backroads Tour Co. set us up here, and it was an excellent choice. They even arranged for a monk to bless our journey upon arrival. The meals were all good, and the laundry service was first rate. We were with a group of 18, and everyone seemed very pleased with our stay at the Pemako.

2 enjoyable nights. The welcome greeting and check-in was really nice. It included a Buddhist blessing! All members of staff were very friendly and professional and displayed Bhutanese hospitality everywhere we went. Spectacular lobby overlooks the equally impressive dining area. It’s an impressive building. The hotel’s cultural evening and wearing the Bhutanese national dress, Gho, for dinner was an excellent introduction to the holiday. The food quality through our stay was 5* with an equally high standard of room accommodation. The location of the hotel made a walk to Thimphu’s Street life very easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was an unpleasant surprise. Although in the picture on the website, it appears that the Hotel is situated on an open space over a Hill. But actually, it is in the middle of Thimpu City. Hidden behind a building on the main road. After this, it was excellent service by Mr. Santosh of the front office who was very efficient and provided us with, all the personal touch. I must also thank Ms. Revati at Restaurant Ara, and The Chef for catering to all our requests. I found the best quality food at Taj Tashi, all over Bhutan. Comfortable & luxurious room, exuding old-world Charms. However, it was a strange feeling to find the Telephone instrument displaying room no.210, in actually room no. 308 which was our room. Definitely not expected in a TAJ property.

The in house dinner at Taj Tashi with Chef Negi and his team of Chef Tenzing , Sangeeta R, Sangeeta G, Rewaty was a memorable experience for my children and myself. They served an out of Menu Bhutanese dish and sampled it to our tastes, serving it with utmost warmth.

The experience of staying at Hotel Taj is nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment you step into the elegant lobby, you are greeted with a warm welcome that sets the tone for your entire stay. Came for the coffee restaurant manager Deepraj was polite & helpful Tshewang service was excellent, we enjoyed the pool services best pool in the city , nice view looking forward to come with family for the upcoming brunch lobby decorations was very beautiful

The experience was V good and special Thankx to Mr Tika Ram and his team to give us a authentic buthanese culture experience. All the staff at the hotel go out of the way to make your stay memorable. And also Thankx to Rewati for making us comfortable.

My friends and I are traveling / trekking in Bhutan. While in Thimpu, we went to Taj one night for the dining experience. Food and service was excellent. My only issue is while we were there dining( group of 10) the hotel does not provide free wifi. Only to the guests staying at the hotel get wifi. They charge 300$ NU for one hour. Even the simplest hotels provide free wifi. Maybe cause i come from NYC, i am used to these simple luxuries. After some dispute, the manager stated he would share his hotspot. That would be impossible for the whole table to use together. Then they wanted IDs of each individual person who wanted wifi. I’m sorry. WTH! Its wifi. Its not the pentagon. Finally after being fed up with the BS, they gave us WiFi. To Taj management: reconsider your policy. Its BS. You should provide wifi to people even when just dining there or coming there to enjoy the ambiance. We are spending money too so share the wifi. I’m sure you can afford too!
