羅克漢普頓美居飯店(Mercure Rockhampton)

Quiet hotel room, comfy bed, clean and tidy, writing desk, balcony with great air conditioning. Would stay again.

Very good location

We paid $220 for our room for the night, and it was nowhere near worth this price. tiny room, no fan, air conditioning didnt work. very clean and looked nice but overall was a waste of money and a big regret.

Not so good this time, room wasn’t serviced first day had to ask to be done 2nd day. Also very noisy 2 -3 o’clock in morning. Reception didn’t hear anything.

I was lied too on the phone about the parking and the hotel itself was not worth the price. The bed was ridiculously hard as well. Overall extremely disappointed and I would never stay there again, not even if the room was free.

I wasn’t impressed with the front reception person. Walked in after a long drive to ask for a room and I was told there wasn’t any available (without looking). I knew there was a room available as I had tried booking, but had issues whilst on the road so decided to walk in to make the booking. My partner and I walked out, drove around the block then walked back in and said we came in before without a booking but we have one now. The staff member looked flustered and then we had to go away again for half an hour to give her time for the booking to drop in. When we returned, we were served by a different staff member who was very helpful whilst the rude one didn’t even acknowledge us.

The door card entry was very tempramental. Was advised at check in how to use the card. Took 5 goes each time I entered the room. Both Bathroom lights weren't working. Bed and linen was clean. They are renovating but charging full price when the rooms and facilites are sup standard. Adv the recepionist about the lights and was met with an "oh" that was it

Rude staff 😡

Run down a bit. Go the city view not river view. Balcony was tiny, maybe 2ft wide. I paid more for my room while my family staying at the same motel paid less for better rooms, same type of room booked. I booked before them.
