"I called to let them know of a late arrival. I asked about restaurant hours and they advised they shut at 8 however could make a meal and keep under heat lamp until my arrival. This was very appreciated after a 9 hour drive. The room was clean and tidy. The check in was awesome and Breakfast was amazing. Meals big and also my steak was cooked to absolute perfection. Chefs usually overcook MR and this was on point. "

"Decided to drive to Townsville to visit family and usually I would have driven from Brisbane straight through, but once I hit Rocky I wanted to rest. Rocky Gardens was the first place I saw entering town so I stopped there. Walked in, asked if there were any available rooms, and after 5 minutes I was headed for my room. The staff were great, especially when it came time for a feed. I was told that “room service would be sent to my room, just call the restaurant and place an order”. Within 15 minutes the food arrived and was great. The room itself was great, no problem at all. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and if you plan to eat, give the Homemade Rissoles a go, and the Apple Pie/tart with cream and ice cream. I’ve only been up north once and that was with the Army, but I’ve now got family up there, so I dare say I’ll be heading up more often and Rocky Gardens will be a mandatory stop for me. "

They had forgotten to make my bed when I arrived (fortunately I realized because I was going to sleep in the walls of the old person), 1 shower on 3 of functional for a whole floor, we have the impression that the household is not Not ever made (a bull of cereals has been dragged for 24 hours before being collected), almost no human contact except for the evening meal... In short I really didn't feel comfortable. The teacher remains correct for this location and the meals that are included"

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Capricorn Caves accommodation! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything from the bedding to the amenities was high quality and thoughtfully provided. To arrive to such a beautiful basket of locally made bread, honey, croissants, muffins, fresh juice, fruit and yogurt made our stay truely memorable. Breakfast was sorted and we didn’t even need to leave the cabin. Such a beautiful touch. Will definitely be back again."
