羅克漢普頓地鐵汽車旅館(Metro Motel Rockhampton)

Great location to eateries and the city. Unfortunately this property did not meet the expectations I had from reviews. The road noise was extremely loud, shower screen really hard to close and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. I don't usually leave such a review but this was our genuine experience.

Staff were nice enough and accommodating for general requests. Stayed in what was advertised as a 2 bedroom unit, however it was only 1 bedroom with the other beds in the main living area like a studio. Mould in the shower. Room meant for up to 5 people, however there were only 2 towel racks. Had to hang towels in the wardrobe on hangers to try to air them. No face washers in the bathroom. Had to ask for them. Broken reading lights over the beds.

Property was great to stay in, location was great for us. Only thing is the room was to light at night time. Needs better curtains or duller lights outside of any at night time.

Room was clean and tidy staff were friendly The kitchen/ tea making facilities very basic Plenty of fast food outlets in easy walking distance Would been nice to have a few plates/ knives/ etc

Warm friendly staff and spotless presentation. Food not available when I was there but the truck stop across the road is a good feed.

Definately recommend the Metro, Gregg and staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious and the complimentary biscuits are awesome !!

Very clean, big rooms with all the facilities needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Love staying here will be back sgain.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Good facilities. Convenient to a large range of food options. Close to the Base Hospital. Manager advised us to use Black and White Taxis as Yellow Cabs were being slow to respond. This saved us a lot of time. We would stay again.

Bathroom was dirty and had not been properly cleaned in some time. Bathroom Walls filthy. Under beds filthy. No money spent on modernisation in many years. Only saving grace was good hot water.
