桑迪灣公寓飯店(Sandy Cove Apartments)

Location, excellent, I would love the owner of this place to read also the owner of the apar**ent 29 . The only reason I gave this rating is because there was more then a few things wrong. Let's start with good things apar**ent 29 is very spacious when we walk in three very happy people,beds comfortable,lovely views,working oven,toaster,kettle ,fridge,washing machine,dryer,great clothes line on the balcony,two TVs ,two bathrooms. The things that where wrong downstairs the garbage room door does not open , today the spa on 10 November didn't work yesterday it was closed all day. We did enjoy a few spa days before hand . We let the Real Estate know.which is very important because if people don't know they can't fix it .In the apar**ent one chair was broken luck by husband sat on it and not my elderly, mum, the blinds in the second room need fixing,the vacuum cleaner doesn't extend, fold up clothes line is broken but the main one is not only was there no plug for spa bath it also didn't work (one of the main reasons for booking sandy cove) look I am happy to stay in these apar**ents again but will ask a few questions before hand.

Group of 8 - 2&3 bedroom apar**ents booked. One room 48 magnificent. Room 35 absolutely crap! First of all you can’t find this apar**ent as it sits on its own right next to the garbage room. No signage or instructions on how to find it. Lots of stairs to get in & then loads of stairs internally too. One bedroom was a dungeon with no windows. All bedrooms tiny. Why they put 2 groups of friends in complete opposite ends of the apar**ents just shows lack of planning. TV did not work & Wi-Fi did not work unless u were near it. I could go on but basically never staying here again.

We stayed in apar**ent 14 for our family trip. The apar**ent was spotless and furnished with everything you need, and more. The coffee machine and BBQ on the balcony were a welcome bonus! With such a short stroll to the town centre and beach, it was the perfect location for our stay. The kids also loved the pool and spa area. Booking was extremely easy and the overall service was excellent. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you!

I would like to thank Oliver and Jacquie for making my stay so enjoyable. Potentially it might have been a disaster, with the apar**ent I was booked into, having an air conditioning failure. With their usual no fuss attitude, I was quickly moved into another apar**ent and settled in very nicely. They are invaluable to have as the managers and are an absolute asset to the place. Having been a unit owner in the block, I can vouch for their care and concern from both sides of the fence. Thanks again you are both champions.

Sandy Cove is a well positioned block close to the centre of The Entrance. We were on the 6th floor with a beautiful ocean view. The apar**ent is spacious and well equipped. The area offers lots of good walking paths beside lakes and beaches. The only problem is that the office is not always easy to contact for bookings enquires etc.

Before I even arrived they called me to tell me they would not be available during check in times and I had to arrive early. On arrival the manager was very rude to me and told me I could just leave instead of staying if I wanted to after I had paid in full for a 5 night stay. The place is completely outdated, the excess noise and smells are horrible. I had to buy a scented candle for my stay. You are made to clean the entire apar**ent including dishes and empty all bins before leaving or are charged extra however this is not shown in their terms on their website or communicated to you prior to arrival. The man in reception is so incredibly rude, when I went to put in a complaint at check out, he completely dismissed me, refused to take my complaint, cut me off and rudely yelled over me saying “have a nice day” before telling me to leave. I messaged several times in regards to my complaints and the messages where completely ignored. I have given the business multiple opportunities to even acknowledge several genuine issues with the apar**ents and services they provide but they have just completely ignored me. The place will never improve as they do not accept any complaints or feedback. As soon as you have paid, they no longer care.

We stayed at Sandy Cove for a week and the apar**ent was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, the living areas are large and secured underground carpark was handy. We walked to the Entrance main food/shopping area a couple of times, easy stroll however I think due to Covid, some shops were closed, the rides were only on when staff thought it was viable. Oliver and Sharon made our stay better by swapping out worn couches with new ones! Much appreciated 👌
